I'm historically in the upper nrxs nationally and am prepared to get little to nothing in this payout. My motivation to achieve is nonexistent at this point. Working harder or having stellar numbers doesn't bring the money. Im just counting the days until I give my notice.
 






Hoping to turn in notice very soon as well. Just one problem, no firm offers yet.
I would bet that very soon there will be an onslaught of people turning in their notice.
Based on frustration that we are not valued.

If the fleece wasn’t covering our eyes before, it’s definitely there now. We’ve all been hoodwinked.

I would love to see 1/2 turn in their notice for another gig. That would shove it right up their arse. Karma is a bitch. They hoodwinked us since day 1. Cheating is every step of the way. A script that goes to vitacare is 1.0 credit but a script that goes to a local pharmacy isn’t credited at 1.0. How is that fair?

Your baseline is very high. You are making the company a lot of money based on NBRX. But if you’re negative in growth, sowwy. We rather pay the rep that has 100% growth on small volume. Lol
 
























Bonus is probably already in your account. You might not have noticed it they are so small. It’s very clear the bonus structure change in the middle of a trimester was all about making bonus 100% attainable for only a handful of reps. Those responsible should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. It is truly abhorrent. Hands-down this is probably the worst contract that syneos has ever been responsible for.

Oh happy day!
Isn’t everybody so excited and thrilled that all of their efforts are paying off each time a bonus is paid out?

.., been singing I’m so excited by the pointer sisters since waking up this morning.

I danced the night away in celebratory mode to the point the joints are really achy.
I ran so far away in excitement I can’t find my way home.
This has been the best choice of my career. Yippee!!
 












T3 bonus is expected to be a good one, yet refuse to tell us what baseline is. Something smells fishy round’ here. I am certain, oh truly certain, that it won’t be what they are making it out to be.

I let go by the company sometime ago for bs reasons and I have to tell you it was the BEST THING that ever happened. I had great numbers and probably would have still been at Syneos/Idorsia working because it was a job. Well going on unemployment to reset myself was needed. I ended up getting a new job...outside of contract, making literally 2x as much and making over 16k in quartly bonus. Granted before taxes and happier than ever. Do yourself a favor and look to interview and get OUT! Both your mental and physical health are easy more important. This company clearly doesn't care about you

I honestly walked into the situation blind without really doing research. What kind of problems should I be expecting?
