Wonder how many are actually getting paid bonus? It’s very obvious what’s happening here.
Hoping to turn in notice very soon as well. Just one problem, no firm offers yet.
I would bet that very soon there will be an onslaught of people turning in their notice.
Based on frustration that we are not valued.

I'm historically in the upper nrxs nationally and am prepared to get little to nothing in this payout. My motivation to achieve is nonexistent at this point. Working harder or having stellar numbers doesn't bring the money. Im just counting the days until I give my notice.

It’s very clear the bonus structure change in the middle of a trimester was all about making bonus 100% attainable for only a handful of reps. Those responsible should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. It is truly abhorrent. Hands-down this is probably the worst contract that syneos has ever been responsible for.
