South Carolina DM is joke. Thinks he's all that. No clue. Contract DM at best!
Anyone interview with the Southern CA DM? Does she seem like someone you could work for?
No you would not, Keyboard thug.#264
Hopefully you had a smart as answer. I would have said, “are you asking me if I’m coachable? I’m not retarded, of course I’m teachable. I’m also coachable.”
No you would not, pillow hugger.Yes I most certainly would, soy boy
I told my hiring manager I would resign current position on Day 1. She was fine with that. So, for someone that's never worked in contract..
IF accept offer, and given start date, etc., (assuming after possible approval date).
What if you've turned in notice in current role, drug isn't approved, FDA requests additional safety information, etc.
I guess you are left holding an empty bag??
In other words, when shld someone turn in notice in these touchy situations?
Nothing is a given here...there are no other drugs in the bag.

I just wish Jennifer, Michael, JC, or someone in Upper Management would realize what most are feeling who are going through this hiring process and make some changes before it’s too late and no one wants to work for Syneos. It didn’t use to be like this five years ago. Syneos is getting a bad name. Reps talk. And over 500 nationwide are not happy with this hiring process. You will never be able to attract top talent with a six-seven interview process, all these hoops to jump through and being strung out for over seven weeks. But…. then again maybe they aren’t interested in attracting top talent. Just get the contract done, fill the spots with lowball offers and move on to the next one. Turn em and burn em approach won’t work for much longer. Competition will and already has started to exploit this.RIDICULOUS hiring process. If this is the way Syneos hires, I will be looking elsewhere. The cattle call hiring process was popular back in the 90's. Syneos, you need to get up to date!

contracts are for reps who cant get any other manufacturer to hire them. There is no advantage to working for any contract company.
