Idorsia contract

I haven't had my interview yet. But I do know some people who got offers (some who accepted and some who declined). I also know ones who are still waiting days later for a potential offer. I don't think every territory is being handled exactly the same, nor are the managers consistent with how it's going.

Haven't heard anything and I was moved forward so just waiting. In the meantime, another hiring manager from another company wants to interview me. Might as well weigh all options.

They are really dragging this out, and I am hearing this from others as well. It would be interesting to see how many of the 500+ hired actually stick by training date. I bet they will have to shift to Zoom interviews next, in which this 3 city cattle call is silly.

Recently interviewed in Dallas, was told I was moving forward, panel interview followed by additional brief interview with upper mgmt. No offer made on site, but was told to be expecting to hear within a "few days".
I'm assuming that's to be an official offer, but never assume, right?

Wish was in position having more than one pharma offer, but not the case.

Unfortunately its not an offer until it is in writing and in this case its still iffy until the drug is approved. I would not stop looking and interviewing until then.

A real shit show! People waiting around for 2/3 hours, just to be told no thanks. DMs acting like it's a Golden opportunity with a 3rd to class, that most doctors will NEVER write. Again, it is a contract job. With a company most have never heard of! No real loss here, I promise. Nice DM from NC. Liked her. Would have worked well with. I guess she thought differently. DM from South Carolina sat in- you've been a a contract DM (for years)! And you are a douche to add! I should have told you but your (holy than tho) attitude would have never comprehended. Its clear you're a contract boy! Bullet dodged.

Interviewed in Atlanta. The Hiring NC manager was very pleasant. Would have worked for her. Until offered a real job with a direct hire company then jump ship. "Sit in" DM from SC, Mike Taylor IS a douche! It's a contract job. People sat around for 2/3 hours to be told no. Call it butt hurt, whatever. Again, A contract job, 3rd to class drug with no clue from most I spoke with interviewing (including DMs). I really believed I dodged a bullet. ALL Syneos is a joke (Especially NC recruiter) Again Contract company. I think I'll hold out for a real company. Just facts. If you didn't get offer, that day, its over! South Carolina folks run. Your manager has no clue, of course his resume is contract full- real smart ass. Pull back dude, you contract, small pay. Why you got job. Did Wofford teach you professionalism? Shame on them. You will see! Holla back in a few months!
