So much BS. Here is what i experienced...
Recruiter called set up lunch. Met DM for lunch locally. Told at lunch I'm going to Atlanta.
No video. 6 questions. 4 answers. They used this to interview you with. To see your mind set.
In interview was told I would meet VP and Corporate Trainer. Checked the box.
On site was made verbal offer prior to return home.
Called 24 hours later. Accepted.
Pay commensurate with limited experience 80-85k. Outstanding experience stops at about 85-88k.
1st year 100-115k at plan depending on base. 4 year contract.
Neuro/Psych/PCP call plan of 120 docs. Routing to include the top 20-40% of that calldeck.
Company car. 27k bonus at plan. 9k trimester.

There are your facts. I accepted.

If you were the number one you will be contacted by Tuesday or Wednesday. Number two will be left waiting for another week or two in case number one declines the offer or fails drug screen and background check. Been through this with Syneos four times.
