People interview all the time. I'm getting headhunter calls almost daily. The outside world actually likes my Vertex experience. And trust me, Vertex can replace you when you leave. There's a whole group of "those who will always be miserable or slow" that should just leave.

My point remains the same...if you've "made the cut" and you're so happy with the new Vertex, why would you be looking for something better at a competitor? Enjoy the hell you've helped create, and good luck with the trash management.
