Human Resources Issues?

Oh no, we're still special... make no mistake about that! Whatever happens you can be sure we will land on our feet one way or another... which is more than I can say for you... trolling another company's board during business hours... pathetic.

The lawsuit is a phenomenal idea. The only way vertex will change is by paying out millions. From the sound of it, and what I know from others, it looks like vertex will have another potential class action aside from reps this November

Please network and find our "Partners" - join the lawsuit. There will be power in numbers. 800-829-7037

The EEOC is investigating and issued a private right to sue. I hope it doesn't get me fired

Hey stupid fuck. They EEOC issues a "right to sue" when they know you have no case and they are not interested in helping a whiny malcontent like you. Now go give your money to an attorney who gets rich of of losers like you with no case. Too funny.

More like the attorney wants to collect before the government dumb fuck. The EEOC moves slow, a NYC law firm doesn't.

The EEOC never pursues sexual discrimination unless it's a class action..do some legal research

HR was only the messenger on the severance. Leadership and Finance drove the amount to be paid in severance. Still, I've worked at companies with MUCH better HR teams than ours.

HR designed the severance packages, leadership approved them. Vertex's HR dept. is full of corrupt fools. Every other company I've worked at had a better, more genuine, caring HR team. HR just sat back collecting pay checks while the rest of us worked to bring in cash, and now HR folks are safe because they know where all the skeletons are.

HR is there to protect the company not it's employees. Some companies have a good HR where they can balance both company and employee expectations. Vertex just doesn't have that balance (or in my opinion wants to).
