Human Resources Issues?













It's time the company is exposed for how it treats people . If only I didn't have a family, I wouldn't have signed the damn severance. HR could have at least been friendly throughout the exit process

Unfortunately, HR is not our friend. Look for this fact to continue with next layoff. The only difference will be that they will be laid off also.

If you need a friend get a dog. HR is HR. Just another part of corporate. They have their job to do. You had yours. From what I saw they were professional. I've seen far worse, and much less generous, lay-offs in my past companies. Have you ever known of a layoff where those cut were happy about it? Duh no. Did you want a hug and a kiss on your way out? Be grateful you got as much as you did to get you to your next job.

No..those who gave the hug and kiss and w.e else kept their jobs. Were you present for exit interviews? It will come back to bite the company in the a**. I'd like to know how much you received telling me to be grateful for what I received.
