That is exactly what they told us at nah, and look what happened.
Upper management is already interviewing with other companies.

sadly, years of mismanagement at the plant has really hurt them. they've cleaned house and are trying to get things restarted as soon as possible....we're all paying the price for sins of the past.

Unfortunately their sins have left their customers high and dry. My 15 yr old terrier was doing well on Novifit and Anxitane then my vet can't get their hands on any. I found a supply on Amazon but it's almost gone too. Too bad that after all these years that we customers have been loyal to them for nothing.....at the expense of our pets!

True enough. Most DVM's have no clue about this board nor or they about to spend their time on it if they did. If you or your company causes them aggravation then they'll react by looking for alternatives to your brand. Other than that they have a time consuming business to run and aren't about to get into your drama if they don't have to.
