How's it going out there?

So, how about those regional meetings?

A great use of time and money!

And a wonderful opportunity to bring together two groups of people who hate each other.

Great work Virbac...I mean Novartis management.

No background checks, only 1 interview, some random number of spots that was required to be filled. A focus on quantity, regardless of how it negatively affected the quality reps that were here first. This has failure written all over it
Boy did this person hit it right on the head. VL reps didn't ask for this. We have had our culture completely uprooted by you NAH people. This used to be a laid back company. Why do all you morons want to make this Novartis? Newsflash that company doesn't exist anymore. Virbac.. pull your heads out of your asses and stop trying to model this company after a failed company full of ass clowns. If you were lucky enough to keep a VL manager I am so jealous. It is so obvious that NAH managers favor NAH people. We aren't douchey enough for them. I was happy about the bump in pay, but honestly I'd go back to my old salary if it meant I never had to deal with these people or hear about Sentinel ever again.

It's unfortunate. A lot of us Legacy NAH folks were happy to join a company that seemed to have a different/better culture than the one we were leaving behind. Now it feels like things have devolved and are seemingly being run in the "old" NAH fashion. It really seems to underline a hard disconnect from life in the field with directives rather than collaboration. Feedback seems to get lost and communication is fractured. Sorry to bring the poison over to you folks. Certainly not what many of us hoped for.

Truly sad. There are many good people in both cultures. Its just no one knows of them because they're being slowly dragged under and obliterated by the sea of crap that surrounds all of us right now.

Thank you so much for saying this. It sounds like culture shock kind of all around. This place used to have such a better atmosphere. I hope can only that things will improve.

Does anyone know what the call will be about today? I think Mr Hays will be offering an apology to legacy VBAH for what he has done to us. Here is to hoping that he starts doing the right thing by us.

How can he stand there and say how great things are going, and how well we all work together? He says one thing, then goes off and pays NAH employees more. Makes like they have been here for years. He really is losing my respect

So what you're saying is that you are only here to collect a salary. You have no intension of trying to make this company better? Why did this mindset come with us from NAH?
If that is the case we should have all taken human pharma jobs delivering donuts.
