How's it going out there?

One which allows me to sell products and and not excuses. Ha ha. You laugh. I wonder if
You'll be laughing when you apply here too. Some of our, I mean your, management has.
It must not be that bad.

WOW ! Little sensitive are we? Who is stopping you from selling ? We all get excuses sometimes. It's the way of the world. Don't have to like it but gotta deal with it..It is a great company and they've got some great people. My question was I wonder what else they need ??

"Who is stopping you from selling?" Are you really asking that? Have you talked to a distribution representative lately? That's right, you hardly know what distributors are. There is nothing in their warehouses, of Virbac, besides Sentinel, short dated Sentinel Spectrum, and Tick Collars. Idiot

Wait a minute, moron. Before you post half truths : You obviously DO NOT know that Henry Schein has 4734 Easotic, 1260 ketachlor and a few to a few hundred of most other stuff in Albany warehouse alone ? yeah it blows that qty on hand other products and places is zip, and it doesn't do diddly for ya if what is still available isn't what you need. Distributor reps : I talk to them all the time. Including the ones no longer in my territory. I know how bad it is.

Hopefully, Virbac can get their shit together soon and get production back out there ASAP before we get written off as a has been like Novartis. In the meantime reach out a little further

Sigh...selling is about representing the products professionally to the best of your ability. Not whining about issues beyond your control.

henry schein has been given a directive to drive business to other "more reliable" manufacturers
or switch clinics to henry scheins own private label, if possible. Too much money is being lost waiting on virbac. only reason they have so much product in that warehouse is that they have been told to stop selling it, wait for it to come close to expire, and return it. We have been asked not to talk about it to vb. Sorry all.

No rep in their right mind is going to refuse to sell in stock items to the clinics that want it. Waiting a year for something to expire and passing up the commission ? And just who do you think manufactures and supplies the drugs in that private label ? Good old Henry doesn't cook it all up himself.

Open your eyes. Clinics can not depend on virbac. They have very little of their other major brands besides Sentinel. I keep having to send things back due to "recalls". By the way-
that return affects my commission too. Clinics have been burned too often to risk going back.
And the commission I get from my company on what you pay isn't worth it.
I thank you for the pick your pas. And it was good in the good years, but the years of recalls
and clinic frustrations keep rising and virbac has not stepped up its game to do anything about it. What is the use in buy it, if it is avaiable, and selling it, if we have it, if it is just going to be sent back. That doesn't help my commission.
Of course we don't make our generics ourselves- but we have had no recalls, product delays, and the like.
It is honorable that you want to defend your company, but vets have better memories than you think.

All products are shipping. This whole conversation is for not. If you don't want to sell it that's fine. MWI and Patterson dominate anyway.

How many of those will be recalled?
All products are shipping? I have heard that before.
Merck or bi will own sentinel in under two years, and
virbac will be chopped up and sold. Due to over spending
and under producing.

Wrong. They both tried to buy and were outbid by Virbac. Virbac is a great company!

Wrong! Virbac over paid for someone elses problem.
They also don't have the same wreckless blank check
Book that nah had. Bottom line, there won't be
enough money to keep paying on all the expenses.
It will have to be sold. So merck or bi will still get
it. If you don't believe me, ask some of your
new nah co workers. Ask them if this feels familiar
to the time before they were sold.

Who's the moron now?

sadly, years of mismanagement at the plant has really hurt them. they've cleaned house and are trying to get things restarted as soon as possible....we're all paying the price for sins of the past.

Yeah it's so nice to be screwed by someone else's incompetence !! Why does it take so long for problems to get fixed and why do we have to suffer in the meantime ?
