So Cathy is absent from our national team calls for the last 6 months and she finally shows up to tell us they are going to start measuring everything from our field days to how many breaths we're taking a day. We are so moving away from impactful work and just more is more is more which will become garbage in is garbage out. This is complete BS - Cathy how about you show up more often than to delivery BS garbage like this just continually losing respect for you WHY ARE YOU EVEN STILL HERE?

Robert came slightly alive this week at the NI mtg. We MSLs were like hey who’s that dude in the back grabbing the microphone oh it’s Robert we thought he left the company so obsolete.
 




He’s a joke (Robert) and so is the FMLT. Bea hasn’t done one significant thing to improve life for us in Field and Toby riding the gravy train. 1 more year they will be gone mark my word. We will have to endure yet again
 








Everyone says Cathy and Robert will be gone and maybe Drew, Kyle, Sean, Elisha etc….but Bea do something now before it’s too late! After summer you will start losing people otherwise (MEDs n MSLs)
 












Any news on operation CLEAR? Seems to me we all should be hearing soon. Hopefully Bea will get rid of the shitty FMLT or at least part of it! Ineffective leadership is more demoralizing than anything!

How is it that ZS's ecosystem gives medical "a competitive edge" and we still are "second class"?

Unless Bea removes the weak leadership around her (including Silje who took playbook from Rav 101) she has lost all credibility. ZS isn’t doing her any favors. She needed a consultant to tell her these 3 things that Rav talked about 2 yrs ago!

The irony of a project called CLEAR which hasn't been clear, promising transparency and then providing none, saying the field is involved but mentioning your consultants numerous times. I disagree that we aren't consistent at FMT, some of the leaders have been consistently disappointing (look at Cathy's post above) and Bea has been made to believe that the problem are the MSLs.
