How to destroy field medical

















New VP of USMA wonder if he'll do anything, doubt it, anytime he's speaks it sounds like he's stoned plus the accent no idea what he's saying, 6 months plus in role and yet we still have no idea what his vision is for this place or what the future looks like, God forbid you ask him. But I will say the coaching and slowing down very much helped ua understand him at NFM from the main stage - good on you for taking this feedback and doing something about it.

New VP FMT wonder if she'll do anything, also doubt it, just in over her head and she doesn't even know it. She seems nice but she walking into a complete shitshow of an FMLT. Robert who turned off his brain years ago also where the eff was he at NFM, Cathy who never had a brain to begin with walks around in hoodies with zero executive presence talks to us MSLs pretending to care about our development while I know she's not even paying attention to anything I'm saying shes just trying to check a box so we don't complain about her on the next survey - Cathy we all see right through you, Kyle who has such an ego complex, never should've been in a leadership role (biggest mistake) doesn't know his ass from his elbow (or key accts in his own region where he was the actual MED) with Peggy Han who has a vice grip on his balls and controlling him and the FMLT from the commercial side, Drew - who know what this guy is doing ever?!?! and let's not forget Risa the diversity hire, is also making her team members miserable by self promotion every opportunity she gets, she just comes off so disingenuous. Elisha is the only decent person on FMLT that no one has anything bad to really say about her this is because she shows up authentically as a leader.

Also notice how we spew on and on about diversity yet everyone except Risa is Caucasian all the way to the top?!?! Wtf is that??

It's just feels likw a hopeless situation. woohoo feeling so motivated post NFM.
 








Bea tired after 10 days in the role says all we needed to know about what's going to happen under this leadership. This FMLT will continue to prevail bc she won't get rid of them.

Drew gives me the creeps. He looks and acts like the crypt keeper. Good on you for keeping your mask on during NFM.
 
























Destroying Field Medical and MSL moral when a certain Principal MSL who reports to ET in NeuroImmunology gets to show up to NFM late because he was at the Chiefs/Ravens play off game and calls in sick the day after he attended (foolishly sending pics to teammates) the Superbowl in Las Vegas. Incredible double standards!

Left a few years ago but keep up with some friends that are still there and periodically check this page.

Amazing how it hasn’t improved and the same ‘leaders’ are still noted to be causing havoc with little apparent accountability. I was fortunate to get 20years in and move on!
