How do you get on Cardiology/Critical Care Division Gravy Train?

Nadia, it's time to go, you just lost two more sales people and one of them MR was a superstar, since taking over as manager of the Central regional you have lost every good sales rep that was here. I think I've counted at least more than half our reps have left you, that shows me your great leadership qualities, and the fact that you are sitting in last place with no future in sights must tell you it's time, before John does what he does best and fires your ass!
John won't fire the wicked witch formally from the west because she subscribes to the same management style...which is no help, no development, nothing positive. Only beat them over the head to get results.
 






How does this Division Dog continue to exist. Was there years ago and it was Dog Feces. Same old legacy products, nothing disruptive whatsoever. I miss RH, what a great leader.

Rick had a way too bring the best out of you. He challenged you to achieve sales excellence. He had a listening ear. He was under constant duress from JS.

Let's get back to business, we all know John Hart is a pinhead and he doesn't give a shit about anyone, he should just move on to another one of his twelve jobs that he has had in his career, this is the longest he has held a job. I heard that he held a job at Styker (Ortho) for two days before they removed his ass, because he made a fool of himself trying to give a speech to a division is which he knew nothing about their products, just like when he started here.
It's amazing that a guy like JH, who has zero leadership ability, was put in charge of C&CC.

Easy, Chris N. would sell his first born not to get fired, Chris is basically a "yes" man, anything that John tells him to do, he does, Chris is a lot like his loser boss John "Little man" Hart, they only care about themselves and they don't lookout for any of theirs reps. Chris is just fortunate to have a region that has more hospitals and more beds then any other region in the country, he constantly complains about having no GPO contracts, but he has as many as everyone else, so quit be a little bitch.
