How do you get on Cardiology/Critical Care Division Gravy Train?

I think the writing on the wall is pretty clear with another divisions director taking over. Time to go. I'm out of here asap.
My manager is as good as they come but I see no future here.
Don't go. Wait and see! I want to see what reorganization plans Jed Kennedy has for CCC. Could be something very positive!

The timing of COVID-19 could not of come at the worst time for the Patient Care Division (formally CCC), with major problems with our new electrode (what a joke) and all the issues with Ambu there is nothing to look forward too! Now would be the time to clean house and merge the division and let CET division take over the Patient Care products and trim all the fat. They should look at adding 10-15 reps and 1-2 AD's to CET and letting everyone else go. The Patient Care Division has only hit their number once in the last 15 years and even that year was under question, because Curt helped his buddy out John and reduced his quota by 5 million dollars, which help him hit his number. (what a joke).

All I can say is we are screwed!, there is no light at the end of the tunnel and now we can't even look for new jobs. If we're lucky we can ride this out till the summer time and go from there.

This memo is for all at Conmed Largo facility.

Our current Board of Directors, Daniel S. Jonas, Esq., Human Resources, to this date have not issued a directive/protocol to protect what they consider " Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers During Covid-19 Response" They further state that per the DHS Memorandum and as detailed by President Trump's guidance: you have a special responsibility to maintain your normal work schedule".

The facts at Largo are: In the last 90 days Conmed Largo has contracted with PMG to staff our Largo facility to ensure that all projected production requirements are met. This comes at a critical time as the Conmed facility in Anaheim Ca. was closed and relocated to Largo, Fl. We now are experiencing a serious labor shortage due to this decision. The solution was to contract with PMG and bring in hired qualified employees to help sustain product output. Although this would seem to be the solution it is costing the share holders $70 per man hour. Not a bad decision although now with the current state of affairs is it the best decision to continue to bring in contract employees from all over the country without a Covid-19 screening? We continue to bring in PMG talent from, Lousiana, Texas, Virginia to name a few. Although Conmed has covered there ass by issuing suggested social distance requirements, it seems that this was only that. Also let it be noted that all "Unessential Staff" are now working from home with full pay for 45 days. Now I ask? Who are the real "Essential Employees" here?

Yeah, that's true.

the reason people stayed with the division was the perks now they cut car pmts 50% without not even 24 hour notice, ppl have bills,,

That's the perks of signing a contract like the ones they signed. You are only called upon when needed.

Its coniving they chose to take away car check same day we got stimulus check.they think we wouldnt complain as much or whatever cuz we got the stim $$$$$. Were not dummies. Title of thread needs to remove gravy train cuz not one anymore
