How do you get on Cardiology/Critical Care Division Gravy Train?

This is J. Hart. I only wish I could retire. I can't yet. I wish to keep on telling my underlings how smart and experienced I am. If I wish it, it will be true. It's all about me after all right? Of course it is, I am awesome even though I've flown this baby into the shitter.
 






The biggest problem this division has always had is it's been run by a bunch of village idiots (Rich Heun and John Hart) both of these clowns have absolutely no leadership capability, both of them didn't or don't know the products or the market. The main difference between the two is that Rick actually cared about his reps and John Hart only cares about John Hart, so once John runs this division into the ground he can go find another company that he know nothing about and run them into the ground too.
 


















I'll do whatever it takes to keep my job. I'm on my last leg. Will retire soon. Curt knows this division is a dog. He just wants me to keep up the shell game until we can sell this division. Plus, I'm smarter than everyone in the room.
Good one, your hilarius! "until we can sell this dog" only works if you have a buyer. You would have to find someone who you could pay $25 million to take it for free! The only way this division goes is if CH calls Kars4KIds a 501c3 Charity and donates this POS for a tax loss, or finds a buyer for the whole company, who has a Crit Care or EMS division who can absorb this business into their existing business.
 






Looking into an opportunity with this Division in the Northeast. What is the Mamager like in this Division. It does appear that the product line is a lot of old legacy stuff. Only serious replies are warranted.
 












You don't want the job, Chris N is the manager and he is the biggest tool out there, all he does is kiss John Hart's ass, he doesn't care about his people unless you hit your number, if not, John will tell him to put you on a plan or fire you, which he won't hesitate to do just to cover his ass. Don't waste your time with this division, because it run by a guy that doesn't care about any of it's salespeople.

And, if you do interview...ask them about what additions to the product line they have and what products are new and better ways to bring value to their customers. What is Conmed C&CC bringing to market that improves people's lives. They will have no good answer.
 






























John Stotts is retired and probably still enjoying the fact that he still has Conmed stock and he is laughing all the way to the bank. The guy running the division now is John Hart, who finally found a job where he hasn't been let go. John doesn't care about anyone, he only cares about hitting his number for his fat bonus. John know nothing about this division!
 






What the hell our you idiots talking about, stay off the thread, your so annoying! Let's get back to business, we all know John Hart is a pinhead and he doesn't give a shit about anyone, he should just move on to another one of his twelve jobs that he has had in his career, this is the longest he has held a job. I heard that he held a job at Styker (Ortho) for two days before they removed his ass, because he made a fool of himself trying to give a speech to a division is which he knew nothing about their products, just like when he started here.

Nadia, it's time to go, you just lost two more sales people and one of them MR was a superstar, since taking over as manager of the Central regional you have lost every good sales rep that was here. I think I've counted at least more than half our reps have left you, that shows me your great leadership qualities, and the fact that you are sitting in last place with no future in sights must tell you it's time, before John does what he does best and fires your ass!
