So will it be upper or middle management that get cut? Or reps that are due the bonus?
 
























I am assuming all those accounts are jokes. As for the cuts, same rules applied in March. Trim the fat. My guess more DCAs this round. I would expect JD and Thatcher to be gone as well.
 






I'm not trolling, but who was let go in March? I do know a lot of reps left over the summer. Applied is telling us how grateful we are for them allowing us to keep our jobs while other companies are hiring. Such a joke. But like I said, not trolling, I didn't know of anyone let go.

On the surface, it may look as if LC is an utter joke. Same thing with that utter joke of a product that was designed decades ago to do remote surgery. LC is the “ONLY” person here that keeps the company relevant. We would probably be still selling knock off trocars and hand assisted surgery for the remaining dinosaurs that haven’t evolved. Shocked she’s still here and hasn’t moved back to a real med device company. If the company ever wanted to sell patents to MDT, J&J, or ISI, it would be on the back of our products being used in those progressive procedures we just scratch the surface in. So you may want to rethink your stance on LC and continue to sell transactionally on price.
 












About 6 reps in California were let go.
Vnotes is a total joke. My Gel specialist tried to sell it and they laughed at the technology. Saying it's a dirty approach.

Appied is just a place to collect a check, but you have to snake charm your weekly results to shut up these Joker managers and Zone Dipshits. Creative righting my friends.
 






Has anyone ever gone on to the Applied corporate website and watched the kool-aid videos? There are a few and I did not see ONE sales person on there. It’s all the idiots from R&D, “Branding,” Engineering, some dip$hit from Credit, many spoke poor English.....Is this really what this company is and who they represent?
