Horrible company to work for...

About 6 reps in California were let go.
Vnotes is a total joke. My Gel specialist tried to sell it and they laughed at the technology. Saying it's a dirty approach.

Appied is just a place to collect a check, but you have to snake charm your weekly results to shut up these Joker managers and Zone Dipshits. Creative righting my friends.

I have one small hospital that has Voyant. Shocked that they went for it. However my manager is all over me for more business. I want to find a place like Applied to just collect a check and not have to work too much. I'm not looking for a $375k job, just something around $100k with little work and stress. I get some of you wanting the bigger paychecks, and there's nothing wrong with that. I just want less work. Am stuck here or do you all know of anyplace else that I can coast?

There are other places out there that will pay 125k-170k that you’ll have to get through training and put the work in for a year or two but can pretty much coast from there. You’ll always have to find that opportunity that also comes with a good manager. That opportunity with an unbearable manager is always a risk. My advice is to look for it because it’s out there, you just need to have it on your radar when it comes up.

It's easy to spot who coasts at Applied and who works hard. If you have Voyant accounts you work hard, if you don't you are typically on here crying. There's no reason why every rep shouldn't have atleast one Voyant account. No reason whatsoever.

Says the guy with no Voyant. If you had it, I’m sure you wouldn’t be on here too.

why don’t you ask Peace Health why they don’t buy Voyant

Can people on here please stop with the Voyant BS. I’ve been working for 2 yrs on getting Voyant in ANY acct. Its pointless. MDT has boxed us out and my manager and upper mgmt is NO HELP. We’re selling a downgraded Ligasure and we have ZERO sister products of interest to the hospital to bundle together. Voyant is as exciting as a balloon trocar. Just stop, you’re tiring yourself out.

I have been in some big Voyant conversions over the years. When the hospital ultimately stays with Medtronic, it's only a matter of time when you realize that only a backorder or a rinky dink hospital with low volume is your only chance.

Even if Dennis or the Zone Directors come in, they have no clout and zero persuasion to convert. They are better with a $20 trocar. More their speed.

New algorithms are just a con. REMEMBER, Voyant Learns from live human tissue!!

IS DOES NOT READ LIVE HUMAN TISSUE IN REAL TIME. APPLIED HAS NEVER TAUGHT US THAT ANYTHING VOYANT IS IN REAL TIME.

Voyant is like a cheap chinese version of Ligasure. If it was as good, it wouldn't be discounted to $275-325!

Amen!

I totally agree from the technology standpoint. I guess my question is it’s impossible to actually read tissue or try to comprehend that all patients tissue is the same....

how is it that they were able to speed it up. I’ve seen new script it’s much faster and the sticking has gotten better.

my question is what is the actual truth

What are some of the salaries that people are seeing at Applied.

I have met AM's that have 85k and 95k salaries and they've been here less than 2 years.

AMA's have a 45k salary.

So hospitals are shutting down again. I wonder what Applied is going to do now. We had to stop one of our voyant
trials.

It's interesting that my manager is telling me to sneak into the hospitals to do whatever I can, even though the hospital says we're not allowed in for any meetings, sales calls or routine visits.

When you manager tells you to bypass the vendor sign-in system, do I sacrifice my job or my reputation???

f you work for a company that suggests you sneak and lie, this should be telling you something. The fact that you're even asking is a joke, just like this organization. Nothing about Applied is above board so I guess this shouldn't surprise me either.

You know the answer to that.

If you are fighting for a revenue number to get pics you gotta be smart about it.

if it’s not, have your manager put it in writing that he is asking you to get into a hospital regardless of the Hospital’s protocol.

then report his dumb ass to TMR. That’s a legal liability on so many levels.

I already spoke to Christian Gonzalez in HR. That sad excuse didn't care and threatened me with losing my job.

They know their managers are violating policy, but they don't care.

Do not risk getting redlined from the hospital. You surely can't think that you will be working for bottom feeder Applied for the rest of your career? You will need to get in that hospital in the future so don't risk losing access. My r******* manager can only work for Applied because he's redlined from every major hospital in the region for being extremely pushy and shady at his previous jobs. He's trying to tell me the same thing. I just go drive to the hospital and sit in the parking lot and contact recruiters for a new jobs. I plan on being gone by 2021. If I were you I would do the same thing. He will never know.

I don't know how many people are gone. My zone directors and managers want us to go into hospitals that we are not allowed to go into. They want us to sneak in and try and do what we can. Carpenter and Mindick should be fired.

No doubt they are terrible “managers” who have absolute ZERO skill with no justification to their titles. But, I’m sure they’re getting their marching orders from the biggest fraud of them all Timmy Mc. Dude couldn’t manager his way out of a paper bag. Another reason this company continues to be smoked by the competition.
