No mole - just doing what is right and being honest about what’s going on. Obviously we all went through this a year ago will no comments from HO - when many here knew what was coming and who was staying. I would rather be honest with people then lie to them like you. People have families to care for so don’t lie just to be loyal.

Like everyone else in the field I have no idea what is going to happen and am in no way trying to insinuate that I do but you don't know anything either and all you're doing is getting everyone that looks at this thread all worked up for no reason. I know factually that RMs and ADs have no idea either but somehow you're in the inner circle? Home Office looks at these threads and it would be easy to deduce if someone with any real knowledge was posting on here and you'd be immediately cut out of the loop. Just for the record, you're saying there will only be 1 AD, 8 RMs, and 80 reps left at TR (or something close to that number)? I want to make sure I'm 100% clear on the good intel you're sharing with people because you care about people and their family.

Oh noble purveyor of accurate information, where have you gone? Is this the accurate head count as it has been shared with you? I wanted to make sure we have your most up to date insider info.
 




































The people that just got out of training are not “on hold.” They’re our working.

This is scary, for sure, but I have no idea how TR could operate ANY leaner. After the cuts in Feb, with the Qvar launch to come, it’s crazy to think of making anything successful if reps are spread even thinner. And the SA reps are battling a new second competitor and both of those companies have something like triple or quadruple the reps. It just seems like cuts to TR would be a moot point when we are actually profitable while operating with so few reps compared to other divisions and generics. Copaxone 40mg has not preserved that patent. So I would think those reps are very worried as well.
 




































Does anyone know when we should hear on the restructuring plan? They said mid December, so next week? I know a lot of people take time off at Christmas and are headed out on vacation soon. What’s the plan!

I am a rep and I know this is a tough time for everyone but I feel this is an unfair post. It seems like he truly cares and is trying to keep the line of communication open. Just my opinion from the field.
 






The 10,000 jobs was in an article on CNN last week. They are saying over the next 3-4 years and these cuts will be between Israel and US. However Teva has not responded to the article. Not sure how many of us will be cut but Im sure we will take some type of hit. Rumor is managers have a call next week although I have not heard this from my manager. They did say we would hear the direction mid december so hoping next week as I am off after. I would assume we will hear something and then layoffs sometime in Jan as they won't want to take everyone to the national meeting. Hold tight everyone its not going to be good!! On a brighter note AZ is expanding their sales force by 100 reps and 10 mgrs nationwide so if I were you start stalking their site to see when the jobs post or get in touch with your contacts that have already jumped over. If we do lose our jobs its going to be a tough time finding new ones as Merck, BI, Mylan, Novo just to name a few that just did major layoffs. Good luck!!!
