Minimal cuts in the US, but many in Israel. Google is your friend..

I hope you are right, but most articles have a target of 10,000 total that will be laid off. They've stated cuts will come from the US and Israel.

The cuts in Israel will be around 3,000-3,500 according to current news sources. So that could leave another 6,500-7,000 from the US.

That's still a lot of cutting!!! I wouldn't celebrate yet. We will know for sure tomorrow.

I have been reading everywhere and have not seen this quote. Care to post a link?

Don't you think it's curious that with all the media stories that are being published this morning that include all the details of what will be happening to employees in Israel that there is next to nothing mentioned for over here?

THATS BECAUSE THERE IS NO QUOTE ABOUT MINIMAL US CUTS. That’s probably duh boy spouting off again. Only quote regarding Numbers is the 1/3 of Israel wor force. Do the math, that still leaves a lot of US. Also, if you think this will Be the last layoff you are sorely mistaken. More to come after this one.

Looks like around 3,100 is the number that will be left after Israeli layoffs, being quoted in the latest news. More than 3k are being laid off in Israel and the rest other places. Israel is going to have a national strike involving the airport, banks, etc. to protest this RIF. This company is the Titanic and if we survive, we are in shark infested waters on a holy raft. I am out!

"Teva’s annual bonus for 2017 will not be paid due to the fact that the company's financial results are significantly below our original guidance for the year." (from Schultz's email)

How's is THAT going to move the needle on $35B in debt?

And what's the logic of sticking it to the people who will be retained?!
