At least you admitted multiple times here you were part of the problem! Anyone can ship implants that are the wrong size not knowing, takes a real gem to still ship them out knowing that they are wrong and could potentially harm a patient….. Who cares you were scared about getting fired, you were part of it all if there was an issue! I understand your panic now, you’re just trying to save yourself in case it gets investigated.
Everyone can learn from this person, if you know you are doing something wrong and illegal like they were aware of, DON’T DO IT. How many implants did they knowingly ship out that were not to spec, we will never know, but we know it’s weighing heavy on someone’s shoulders now and they are in a panic defense mode.
And if you do know of something like this, get an attorney that knows how the whistleblowing process works, as you will need it to protect yourself, and to also deal with the appropriate government entities as going alone will get you nothing…. Yelling on a street corner everything you did wrong with other employees help is NOT how you do this, just as guilty as them after the fact trying to say something about it now

Zimmer Biomet sends products into field with out of tolerance dims up to .125” that I have already personally attested to. That may have contributed to their FDA warning letter that was well deserved at Warsaw MFG site 2018. No one on this troll site has said it didn’t happen. I am just curious and no one has said it’s not currently?? I mean lots of responses and no denials weird.
