Rumor is that after selling out on the Warsaw folks firing most of them, he took the ZB headquarters over to Stamford. Folks in the NE smarter than in Indiana after all. Then he fired people in Stamford, closed the office in CT and moved to Miami Beach. Bought a mansion (google it!), a yacht, several new cars, asked the board for more money, and decided to live in paradise away from problems while those of us with lesser luck figure out how to pay our mortgages working two shifts and weekends if you are in a factory or for bare minimum commission money if you are in the field. It is incredibly to compare ZB to Syk over the past 3 to 4 years. Shareholder value tells you all you need to know.

Maybe us shareholders can get another esg update from the big boss. I’m hoping that we can also learn how that is going to fix EPS and get this business back to winning ways.

Impossible to compare ZB to Syk. One is decisive, aggressive, focused, and has a history of winning from the top down. One is none of those things.
 












Unbelievable how the shareholders are tolerating such incompetence, buffonery, & neglect.

First of all, Zimmer Biomet is headquartered in Warsaw, Indiana. It is not headquartered in Stamford, CT or Miami, FL. I am not aware of any large corporation where the CEO is not based out of the company's headquarters and/or other major company location. If Hanson doesn't show up to work at company headquarters, he needs to be fired.

The distraction and drama from the wife of Hanson is unacceptable. No other large corporation has problems with the spouse of a president/CEO interfering in company business. This is unheard of. I am stunned that the board of directors and shareholders haven't said anything about this. Hanson's wife even posted a video of herself pole dancing on the internet. Hanson does not take his job seriously. Enough said.

The stock performance of ZBH when compared to its peers in the orthopedics industry during Hanson's tenure is unacceptable. I would not be surprised if the votes for executive compensation during the 2023 shareholder's meeting go against the executives. During last year's meeting, 46% of shareholders voted against the executive compensation package.

I truly feel very bad and sorry for the employees, shareholders, and customers of Zimmer Biomet. It is sad to see the decline of a once great company into the circus that it is today.

It is a shame for such a great company with outstanding product to have such issues (uncommon) in any industry or market. When employees are leaving due to lack of not just commensurate rate of pay but rates that are much higher and should be leading the industry for salaries considering the enormous returns. The lack of the ability to climb based on merit rather than what higher education you received (if any), the lack of even being noticed unless you have a buddy in place to facilitate that and so on.
Instead the employees listen and are conditioned to believe they are paid well while the bulk of the wealth and or bonuses are retained for the top levels.
I could go on and on but all know what has been going on within ZB is a recipe for failure. JO I would imagine has already kicked the shi# out of his tombstone in utter disgust - if not at the leadership continued failures or at minimum the pole dancing liberal elite Cleopatra. You simply cannot make this stuff up!

Let’s see how long it takes before Hanson’s get chased out of their new community for being the people they truly are. Florida can’t stand people like them, they had no other option after getting kicked from their last town for someone being a Karen before Karen’s existed. Called Becky’s back then. ( google Amanda Hanson Becky ) Neighbors and neighborhood can’t stand them wherever they go! Literally, plenty of information out there on why! Is Mrs Hanson still telling shareholders about Zimmer business? Wasn’t that long ago she let us know about the lay offs…. Zimmer has become the butt of EVERY joke lately, what solid leadership we have. They probably think at least our name is in the competitions mouth, better then nobody saying our name…. As we are truly laughed at unilaterally now by everyone for our current leadership. This is the definition of a shitshow. Facts.
