nice strategy. Keep getting rid of people each quarter 4 while Kevin treffen and former ceo lobo (much credit to him) pummel the trio on the sales side. Make sure you get on the phone and yell at your team and tell them they don’t know “winning”. That works well. Go get em mark. Your the man. And your shirt doesn’t fit anymore. Beuller, beuller, bueller? Where is he? Forgot he’s in conn house trying to figure out where the heck his 7th car went? It’s probably in vail or some other place.

Now turning to our business category performance in the fourth quarter. The global knee business increased 0.4% or down 3.9% versus 2019 with U.S. knees declining 5.2% or 3.9% versus '19. In the quarter, China VBP had a negative impact on knee growth of about 250 basis points.

Our global hip business declined 2.8% or down 6% versus '19, with U.S. hips declining 4.4% or 3% versus '19. VBP impact on hip was about 700 basis points in the quarter.

And then finally, and I think importantly, the team continues to execute in large joints across the board, driving again above-market performance in Q4 in the U.S. for both knees and hips versus 2019.

That's the reason why we changed the form factor. So it's not so much our inability to sell cementless in concert in particular with robotics, it's more around that form factor and the confidence people have in that form factor to get the feel that they're looking for. And we feel very confident about what we're going to be launching later this year.

And again, I look at it to say as much as I'm frustrated by the fact that we have not had the right design, I know one is coming. And I'd probably rather be at the 10% now, and I think of future growth opportunities and be able to increase that penetration over time when we do launch that product.

Form Factor lol. That excuse has to be up there with some of the dumbest shit from management yet. Stryker taking full advantage of Hansons F up, as we/our Docs see and hear clearly from them. Hanson’s leadership has been nothing short of a complete failure, ask anyone who doesn’t kiss ass 24/7.

It doesn’t help when Hanson resides in conn and rarely visits corporate. Ivan New York and marky down in Florida. Would be nice to hear what your team members think once in a while. You didn't get the invite to move to the new ZB corporate HQ office in CT? Bummer. Greyhound has limited options from Warsaw but you'll figure out how to get there. Cause zoom don't cut it when it comes to a$$ kissing.

I think this may be more pathetic than the 11 posts in 27 hours - given the fact you don't work here anymore.

I do agree that the board does not read nor care about this thread but they do care about top line performance, creating shareholder value, and capturing market share. Hanson is 0/3 which puts him directly on the hot seat. I wonder if he will sacrifice Ivan to buy him some time for another stock grant...

Who gives a shit about your stock grants and all that fancy language that you use which those of us not getting stock dont give a damn about. We got bigger issues in the field than you hating your ex-boss. This is the third quarter in a row not getting paid. Cant get product even with cases at 60% of pre-Covid. Dealing with absurd sales targets.

by the way. The guy you are defending burned the inventory to the ground to make the cash numbers look better to the street. Maybe if he had a some vision you might have some of that product to sell today.
