Let our shitty managers try and swindle our accounts with promises to drop pricing in return for a robot purchase. Kiss our ass. I’m not doing 3 times the work for a total joint that’s gonna take twice as long. Dumbest shit ever, do not let any ZB management into your accounts to try and sell a robot, their only pitch is to drop your contract pricing and to screw you over in the end. Not worth the energy to even say the word Robot to my accounts. #Facts

Every division that touches ortho is being pushed to drive robots. Since you push a broom (not that there's anything wrong with that) and seem generally happy you probably haven't been asked to do much here.

Do you honestly believe that he bears no responsibility for the current state of affairs and the horrendous culture that exists w/in the organization.

It’s January so we’re all ready for the annual reorganization/restructure announcement coming on the 20th. Maybe we could make a holiday for this like Festivus. Since this happens every Jan maybe they should push out an iPhone app w/ severance calculators and what to do with underwater stock options.

This truly is a terrible place to work and I think more than half of us hope to get caught up in the next wave so it will force us to do something different.
