I almost feel sorry for BH. His only hope to get anything out of ZB is the newco spin off. He'll personally profit very handsomely. Until then he just needs to prop up the cancer ridden body of ZB. It truly is a dying man. But not sure if wall street will let him keep up the charade. ZBH shares will soon trade lower than when BH started and that is the gravest sin a CEO can make. don’t get me wrong, I’ve got a couple of speed demons who love nothing more than to brag about doing a knee skin to skin in under 30min, but no one is sending their family members to them.

but tell us more about how awesome it is to slam that Persona in mal-aligned and out of balance. Maybe the poly will make up for it…maybe it won’t.

25 years of hacks apparently. Only surgeons I have that take long need blepharoplasty just so they can see the incision they are getting so old. You can’t put a routine total knee in in 30 minutes with todays technology you need some training and confidence coaching.

A couple fair questions to this person….
BH has been here 5 years. How long should he get to clean up the mess that he had no part of creating.

Do you honestly believe that he bears no responsibility for the current state of affairs and the horrendous culture that exists w/in the organization.

It’s January so we’re all ready for the annual reorganization/restructure announcement coming on the 20th. Maybe we could make a holiday for this like Festivus. Since this happens every Jan maybe they should push out an iPhone app w/ severance calculators and what to do with underwater stock options.

This truly is a terrible place to work and I think more than half of us hope to get caught up in the next wave so it will force us to do something different.

Yeah, that’s right. It’s all ‘Rona’s fault. Although I would say true talent and leadership becomes even more evident in times like this. Plenty of competitors managing just fine. How’s blaming ‘Rona working out for you?

Do you honestly believe that if it wasn't for the Rona he'd be a superstar? Are you really that delusional? Overall volume is down for sure but so is our market share. I'd love to understand what role you have within the organization to have this narrow of a view on things. There's a difference between negativity and honesty. BH is not doing a great job and the fact he continues to support and endorse people like IT shows he does not care about anyone in the org. If you have any connections w/in the HR department ask them how thick the IT or MS files are? If you look the other way it's still happening. Another question to you since you never answered the ones posed above -- How would you describe the ZBH culture right now?
