Good luck in getting out of RC

Ex Royal Canin here. The company totally sucks. There just isn't a lot of good things to say about the place. Sorry. Just telling the truth.

Wow, thanks for your insightful feedback. It's so nice to get new, fresh information. Such a different opinion. Please post again and again. We had no clue until you mustered up the courage to add your 2 cents.

Ha ha. Sounds like one our useless PO people scared of missing out on their $10 bonus because sales suck. You've completely ruined what once was a strong company. It's laughable.

I agree that the company is in miserable shape but how did PO cause that? I think the incompetent no nothing managers had a huge part in it.

Say what you want but when we let a few managers go sales and morale went into the toilet. A corpse can provide the leadership my RM does. It's sad that we have settled on being just another dog food company.

It got very bad when they wanted us to be more like used car salesmen instead of being experts on our diets. Those discovery questions were so fake.

That is WK's legacy. Guy was a used car salesman to begin with. Had no clue how to connect with smart people...was leaning on his Frito Lay background. Hell, even Ron Devries ran into him in St Louis after he was fired and had absolutely no balls to ask him if he got picked up somewhere else. Doesn't surprise me. This is a JV organization.

So, is WK still out of work? Who would want him?
