Considering the numbers are awful I would think the brain trust would be trying to put a plan together. Our region has never hit goal in the 3yrs I've been here. Nice to see postings of west RM playing golf at noon on a weekday. We are in good hands.

They do not want competent people in management roles. That is very obvious.
 












I have been here over 5yrs and have never seen such incompetence. What we are seeing now is the result of PO listening to unhappy people who didn't perform. Good people are leaving because there is no direction and absolutely zero confidence in the leadership. Think about it. We were challenged before by our goals but we had solid plans and speaking for myself, my manager helped create an effective plan. This is an absolute joke now. I haven't talked to my RM in close to a month and quite honestly I'm not even sure he knows what we do. How does this happen???

Don't you know why the managers who left are now gone? That is what P&O took from the info shared by the reps who left. The info shared was verified many ways.

Good riddance to the ones that deserved to be let go. There are more left behind that should join them. They overlooked 3 really bad ones. Guess who? ANYONE????????????????????
 






Let me guess-when the last ranking report came out you were in your familiar place at the bottom. You can spin it and point fingers in all different directions but the fact is we are not hitting objectives. The pressure is going to come very soon and it's scary to think how the current totally inexperienced management team is going to react.

PS-On a positive note: I sold a bag of Anallergenic and a bag of Calm this week so I'm sure I moved up in the rankings considerably.

Wrong wrong wrong. I was not at the bottom, never was. I have been fortunate to have an easy territory that manages itself. But I know what a train wreck this place is and expect to be out after I have a lazy no work summer. Congrats on your big sale!

Who cares if you were at the bottom or not. Everyone knows that their ranking report has no significance whatsoever. You state yourself that you have an easy territory that manages itself. There are people at the "top" who walked into areas that had practically no business. There's only one direction you can go, and that's up! Some of the most "successful" reps couldn't sell their way out of a paper bag! That system is old. If they wanted to really measure talent, they'd assign appropriate growth goals based on regions. But that requires forward thinking....and math.

Still waiting for poor management to be dumped. How smart of RC, promoting drunks and liars. What a company, poor management and reps that think so little of themselves that they stay in such a place.
 
























Are you kidding? Please don't insight a witch hunt. I'm trying to enjoy my summer. I haven't talked to my RM in weeks and haven't left my house for anything work-related in a month. No chance of hitting Q3 incentive so why bother. At this rate I'll probably get promoted.

No witch hunt as the witches get promoted. Maybe you will too since you are doing nothing. That seems to be the key. Who has a chance of the Q3 incentive? Not me! Do I care? NO! Lazy summer here too.
 






I feel so stupid for accepting a job here. Other animal health companies won't even consider me because they know this company is a joke. I was fed a line of crap about all the training I was going to get and I've got nothing. My manager knows less than me! How does this happen??? A recruiter told me has over 50 RC people looking for jobs! He said some of them are people who just started with the company within the past 6 months! I feel so stupid.
