Going to be a blood bath tomorrow for GI division

To the GIBU field reps, what makes you sicker to your stomach the fact that management wasn't able to counter offer and keep some of the top reps in our BU here, or that the reps they gave extra base salary to are mediocre at best? How do you let all of these PClub winners and FSTs walk away!!!!

Seriously? Many of the reps who left were the biggest producers of TRxs for the BU, losing them will have a negative impact on morale and production. For those who went to IW, it makes them feel like they made the right choice based on the quality of people coming along. I will be getting my résumé ready and will be looking for other opportunities.

If u want to be a better rep, reduce stress, improve your mental well being, and increase your productivity......... Do not follow these threads or get on cafe pharma. What good does it really do?? It does more harm than good. And no I am not an RD.

Yup focus on your webexs, expert encounters, POA role plays and compliance guard rails. DO NOT think about 14 standout reps leaving all at the same time, loss of SI bonus dollars, the fact that you haven't added a new product in 5 years, or our POA meetings in remote locations with absolutely no fun.

MJ has no idea how to turn this around. She is a big pharma drone with zero creative ideas. A friend in Behavioral Health feels the same way about their BU. We were better off with TL and Behavioral Health was better with GC. The Sales VP's are now two clowns from AZ with two bigger clowns running the BU's.

Top performer = presidents club or top TRx producer

Tenure - doesn't mean anything beyond you've able to show up to work for sometime without being fired or placed on a plan - bravo

The shows that maybe 5 of the departed were top performers that's pretty easy to see. However everybody else on this list simply did their job for nearly 6 years - way to drop samples and leave behinds that absolutely merits 'pay me more for dropping samples for 6 years without ever winning an award or I will leave' aka wahhhhh wahhhhhh wahhhhh

Truth hurts?

5-6 top formers left, you're not one of them ?

Apparently you likely worked as a rep for 4-6 years and thought because you never got fired that you should for some reason be promoted in title and paid more. For what? Doing your job, average at best?

Top performers will do well- regardless of employer

Good luck convincing ironwood management in 1-3 years that because you're nearly at national share you should be given an exceptional pay raise and promotion.

a lot of bitter people on both sides. the point that seems to get overlooked in earlier posts are the overwhelming percentages of people that have been or still are actively pursuing other employment. the iw thing is really just a drop in the bucket.

Pharma = produce TRx = pay raises recognition bonus $$$$$ meaningless ovations points runs in merchandise warehouses equally meaningless title promotions

Nothing else matters.

Here's to hoping everyone has jobs in 5 years : on both sides!

Why don't you mortify me with some initials of folks who got raises or better yet, what regions were these raises given to? Take your time, we're all waiting....

It's sad that as a RD you DON'T KNOW! We both know by putting initials down that would get people in hot water so lets not go there. However, why don't you ask your fellow management team and if they say "We didn't give out any raises" it is a complete LIE! The stupid part of it all is that several of the reps who did get raises left anyway. Should of saved the funds to keep Top performers
