a lot of bitter people on both sides. the point that seems to get overlooked in earlier posts are the overwhelming percentages of people that have been or still are actively pursuing other employment. the iw thing is really just a drop in the bucket.
Right on, the number of reps leaving could have been much worse, but several people passed on their offers, or didn't do well on their interviews. This is your wake-up call management, handle your business before you lose the majority of your sales force. Their morale is already in the garbage, don't push the rest of them out the door.
