There are other good rd's JW, TS, JG, MW, MF....some of the newer ones though not so much. Not a rep leaving, wish I was but all pharma is this way. Shire is still pretty solid company. no i'm not an rd. i'm a rep who is content with the situation, not stoked but it will do.

You're content with a product that can't crack the 30% market share point nationally, no new products until 2017, a comp plan that is taking $ out of your pocket due to MBOs and legal up your rear end about what you can say in the field?!?

I bet within 6 months MF and MW will be out the door, those RD meetings must be brutal!! Here's a best practice to share, don't let 3 of your top 5 Lialda producers walk out the door!

Wow, that's a pretty complacent attitude. I hope this doesn't bleed over into other aspects of your life. Left a month ago, best career decision EVER. The grass is greener!

Unbelievable that they are letting some of the Top producers/FSTs just walk. Mean while they gave out raises behind close doors to middle of the pack reps. Why not pay to keep your TOP reps as I am sure some of them would have stayed and none of the other reps could have complained about raises knowing you have to be a Top producer to get paid more. Maybe it would of lit a fire under some the complacent reps to work harder so we can get to market leadership.
 






When those reps were passed over repeatedly for RD positions, what choice did they have? You really think the RDs in NE, NYC, and TX are better than the folks who didn't get the job? Shire is reaping what it sowed, it will be interesting to see how those regions perform with the loss of the reps who were carrying a lot of the weight for the GIBU.

False! I don't want to mortify you with MS numbers of territiories who received raises. Why don't you ask some of the top regions who got raises. I bet none!

It's pretty funny that senior management/management is on here defending all the reasons why the GIBU has become a sinking ship. GIBU is the next Renal. We all know what happened to them...
