Pivot is the new word on the block. Vas’ interview on pivoting here and there and everywhere. Everyone and everything needs to pivot as it is in the wrong direction. How will he accomplish this by keeping the same idiot managers who are looking in the opposite direction? All these liars, unethical crap lacking integrity. Ideas from bottom up - really? They will only come from the ass kissing bottom who the managers want to promote and not the real bottom with ideas. So many are heavily abused and restricted with fake accusations dumped on them by insecure managers. How will you ensure that new hires are not abused and taken advantage of? It seems nice from the outside but nothing like that from the inside. It is horrible. Specifically, US Oncology. It is rotting from within with the managers getting extremely abusive and favoritism is rampant. It is a very biased culture.
