Galderma's Comp Plan & Bogus Quotas are Destroying AX













We have the WORST VP of sales in the history of medical sales. KH you are terrible. You are ruining this company. RUINING THIS COMPANANNNNYYYYY

Literally! How does she get on our calls and bold face lie like that? We really believe you KH that this is the only promo this quarter. Go fearmonger some where else. NO ONE TRUST YOU
 




You see how they get all the management team to be on camera as if they’re a united intimidating front.

KH-“This pace of sales is not sustainable”
Also KH-“ we need you to sell for the next 7 business days. Your quotas don’t matter for the quarter, you know what your accounts can handle and we need consistent orders.”

This quotas statement will be used to justify some goals that don’t make sense but acting like we’re always given a lifeline.

what sales professionals aren’t interested in quota? What sales professionals are interested in continuous quarterly bedlam? What sales professionals are interested in hearing the VP of sales tell them that the sales pace is unsustainable but we need more because if we spread the unsustainable pace throughout a quarter we feel like we have done a better job at exploiting.

We are missing sales targets consistently, we are making less money, promos aren't selling out, codes are expiring in accounts, we don't have enough P2P funds or samples to launch Eyelight and KH tells the sales AD's we aren't working hard enough. HQ performance letters are being sent out. RSM's are now required to be in the field with us four days a week and they are now monitoring the pages you open in tableau. WTF is going on in this company!

Thanks KH. An 18% growth would be amazing. Ill take that over 50% + growth goals quarter after quarter. The solution to increase sales is very very simple. First off, stop the carnival games. We don't want double downs and septmenber quotas and all of these shenanigans because we consistently miss #'s. Just pay generously from dollar #1, take away this 85% minimum to get paid and everyone would be hustling day in and day out. Your current comp plan incentivises people to sandbag if they aren't close to 85%. Your double down encourages people to sandbag because they know its coming when we do crappy and now you get credit for Q3&Q4. Stop over engineering our comp plan. This is the problem. I should be able to know that every day I sell something I get paid. Thats how sales work. Just like Galderma is a for profit company, employees are for profit too. According to Fleming Galderma sales are up tremendously but the average comp is down tremendously. At minimum we the people expect our leader to be honest and not a hypocrite.

KH you will wake up one day and see a galderma message board labeled “coup d'é·tat” and wish you weren’t antagonistic. Reps can only assume your job is on the line also. You should do a better job at fighting for the reps instead of against them. You always try to relate to the reps because you were one not too long ago but that doesn’t come off with the stuff that’s going on here.

You gotta work on RP's team in Texas to make this kind of $$. We get very little growth goals like the rest of the country. Galderma is based here so all we see are the great things at this company and the economy kicks arse in the Lone Star State. For all of you haters just know that we will win Region of the year yet again. Thank you KH for keeping our goals low in Texas. The lower the goal the easier it is to make $$. We all hit over 100% in Q3 because we are better than all of these loser reps out there who chose to live in expensive states and have gas that's ridiculously expensive and unaffordable housing and food. Move to Texas, work for RP and make some bank over here ladies. Galderma is amazing and just know we've been crushing and crushing while you people have been losing and losing. Goooo get um my Texas steer/queer lover! Make your pesos while we’re here struggling in California. Can’t believe the quotas we’re getting while everyone is moving out of this state. Can’t make a living on my salary, quotas are too high to hit, this place used to be fun to work at.
 




Things were different a couple years ago here. Reps and managers seemed more professional, more serious about their jobs. Customers respected the company, the people, the products. It’s just not the same now. Too much turnover. Morale and self respect low. Money sucks. Very sad.
