Interviewed last week. 401k with 3% match, no fleet car just a $600 month allowance. Base 140k they aren’t offering anything special, behind most of biotech at this point. Anyone else get a better offer?

Penny’s track record at Arbuur was pathetic. Run, run and run!

Recruiter told me 155k comp plus $9500 a quarter target bonus. Also was told $600 for car allowance. I laughed at the $600 in this market when factor increased vehicle and maintenance cost. Recruiter actually laughed as well and said it was pretty low but nothing they could do about it, it’s what the company offers, but was already detouring talent.

Did they fill market access roles. They were doing mass advertising for spots. No one I know was ever contacted. Many applied. With biosimilar background.

Was offered 152k, no sign on bonus, 3% 401k match, $9500 a quarter bonus at plan. Three weeks vacation but you must accrue it.No car $600 allowance. I passed. To many other companies offering 20-30k more and have company cars, sign on bonus. They really haven’t done pharma before so maybe they don’t understand the market or are being cheap. I know of two others that passed as well.

Curious of other offers. I got the same offer as listed above however I was offered a lower salary at 135, and was told it couldn’t go any higher….curious if others got told no negotiation on base.

How many years do you have in Pharma and do you have prior experience in Immunology? If so, how many years?

I concur. I was told there will eventually be fleet cars. Didn’t know whether we got a fuel card or we can expense fuel. Thanks for clarifying.

That’s correct and they are working on the cars now
