Ha! Robust layoffs. This company is a dumpster dive. If you’re still employed here you’re stealing a pay check like Joe Eggler and the rest of the managed market team. This team was hired first and had 2 full years to be prepared for launches. Yet, they had little to no coverage for Stimufend at launch and now 2.4 months later. Idacio was a complete and utter disaster and Tynne is actually losing practices money and is barely making any money. You basically gave it away to Kaiser to hit your numbers and appease Wall Street.

Joe, how many trips are you and the managed care team making to Switzerland this year? Will you flying first class again? How many wins do you have with payers that actually have more than 25 million lives? Actual preferred status, not parity or non-preferred.
 






Definitely a scary place to work. Never know how much time we have left before the layoff. Also, with horrible sales you wonder if you’ll get fired before that day even comes.

People really need to think critically. The company is not doing well at all. A lot of smoke and mirrors. Well, let’s hope things get better for FK. If things carry on like this, layoffs could be possible Oct, Nov, or Dec. Just my opinion.

I haven’t worked anywhere in the last 15 years where a layoff wasn’t a possibility 6-12 months in the future. Your pessimistic opinion and advice on how to “think” keep that to yourself!
 






This company is a free paycheck with no oversight or hope for the future. most employees do nothing or have a second job. There is no accountability, but the checks will continue to clear. If you are working here, just hold on until the wheels fall off. If you are being offered a job, accept it, nobody will know you exist. This company is the epitome of a fake email work from home job with zero expectations
