Fresenius Kabi

Interesting that some still defend this failure of a division. Must be comfy in your cushy job with a mediocre salary and a bunch of built in excuses.

The truth is that FK was in over its head from the jump and made the hole deeper by counting on Little Ali and Mike Serban to lead them. Two of the most inept losers ever.

The national accounts team thinks getting a drug on at parity is a huge win and the higher ups don’t know any better.

Go ahead and bury this turd. It’s time. You have had your ass kicked by every other biosim that beat you to market.

Nothing can save you from the inevitable.
Bye.

Might be time to hit the exit. Company keeps screwing thinks up. First Idacio. Now Tyenne. What is next??????

Please stop posting you are hurting all of us and yes I am going to hit rewind to see who uses the term “pain point” frequently during calls.
Hurting all of us? This company has been a dog from Day 1. Everyone brought on from the original 4 were lied to and sold a bag of lies. Worst company, no understanding of the market, shamefully beaten to market by smaller companies with less resources, where does it end? Pull the plug! Sell the products off or absorb them into the hospital division. Enough is enough. The scheming senior leaders who left or finally got canned knew this was a fail and yet they continued to bring people on and make promises that they couldnt keep.

FK Biosimilars sucks.

This is a startup up and most of us are doing just fine. Zip it.

Recently had a phone screen here for an open consolidated position between immunology and oncology. Been in the industry for a long time and don’t want to make a bad decision when I’ve literally got six years left until retirement . Curious what this company is really all about and is it remotely worth my time at this point in my career. Honest answers are appreciated. Thank you.

Depends on a lot of factors. Like who your manager is going to be. Whether you have a lot of patience because the company is figuring things out as it goes. It can be annoying. If you progress ask the hiring if you can talk to afew reps on the team. Good luck.

Thank you. I work for a small biotech currently and it's a mess. Looking to get back into big pharma honestly. I don't want to jump from one frying pan into another fire.

Pay QOL etc. is way better than big Pharma not even close. We are constantly in launch mode so that can be frustrating however we are now profitable. A solid foundation generating impressive momentum.

How difficult are the bios to sell? is managed care coverage a major issue? Are the goals realistic? Do they micromanage you and put you under a tremendous amount of pressure to produce? That’s all quality of life as far as I’m concerned.

You’ll have to ignore some of the immature people on here. The Biosimilars are very easy to sell. You don’t really sell them. It’s a financial sell. Our Biosimilars distinguish themselves from others by being less expensive. The Biosimilar are driven by our pricing and managed care. Biosimilars are not a clinical sell. The goals have been reasonable so far. We are still what you would consider a start up as far as our division. Managed care can be an issue, but that part is out of the sales reps hands and up to our payer/marketing team.

A lot of sales reps have left the company in the past year and a half. Things can be frustrating. You really have to have patience and understanding if you decide to come here. It’s not a terrible place to work or the nightmare people make it out to be. At the same time the company has messed up song the way and cause a lot of people to leave.
