This company is lucky to have the sales reps that are here. They need to give us our full Bonus. Hard to believe they would even think about cutting the sales force in immunology when we have already literally had at least 22 reps quit since we started.

Some of the best and brightest employees are caught up in layoffs, through absolutely no fault of their own.

I know of situations where:

The company over hires and then revenue unexpectedly drops off.

Entire teams were eliminated as corporate strategy changed directions.

Employees were eliminated as spans and layers were assessed to cut costs.

********* Poor leadership led to poor financial results, and top talent were simply caught up in a numbers game.


The biosimilars are a fail because of Ali and Serban.

Need reps for what reason? There’s no coverage. No sales data for verification.
Need reps to fill out trackers and self-report prescriptions?
 












So let me see if I have this correct:

1. FK short payed bonuses to sales in Q1 until they could get the sales data completed (because they didn’t buy the sales data).

2. FK continued to not buy sales data in Q2. No mention of what they are paying out right now for Q2. Is it $0???

3. Thurs. FK says we are buying data in Q3 and “truing up” actual sales in Q4 for Q1 and Q2 (mind you still no coverage for anything to this day).

4. Oh - by the way. We have hired ZS to evaluate our allocations of all of our teams (sales, marketing, everywhere, etc.)

5. We’ll let you know in a few weeks what we come up with. I’m sure if any sales reps are affected they can still expect their “Tru up” check in December.

6. What? You are kidding, right? The biggest clown show I have ever witnessed.

First week in on training. Place is a disorganized shit show. Steer clear, unless you just need a job to get you by until you find something else.

Most people still can’t get payroll or benefits setup.

Recruiters at Mix talent lied about what bonus structure was. Get whatever recruiter tells you in writing.

They issue you a company AMEX, but want you to pay the bill, then they will pay you back.

Company car is a shit box Nissan Rogue, however no clarity on date car will be received. They will give you $600 a month until car arrives.

Benefits are horribly priced, you can find line priced plans on the marketplace. $300-500 a pay period for family health plan.

They are making you take OSHA trainings, Lab trainings, manufacturing trainings, all things that have nothing to do with sales, or the product.

Vacation is an accrual process. Takes 20 years yes, 20 years to get to the point of six weeks vacation.

Also Mix Talent never mentions this but they want a non compete for one year, however simple solution, edit the PDF doc and send it back, change year to week they don’t catch it, plus non competes don’t hold up in most states. Also surprising they have a non compete for a 3rd rate company selling a
Biosimilar. Seems like they are trying to keep you hostage.

if you need a job take it and use the time between now and the July 31st launch date to find another job. It’s a better option than unemployment.

People at the top keep messing up
ZS is coming in and recommending changes. Of course FK will take the recommendations & implement them. ZS only comes in to tell a company they are better off laying off employees. They are saying we will know our fate end of this month. I bet they will either combine the KAM’s with the ISS’s and lay off managers, plus reps that are not in a “Target market”, or just lay off some managers plus reps across the country. We are never going to have coverage for Idacio and Tyenne business isn’t enough to make enough money for our franchise. Any new products that are launched will be done in the same way Idacio & Tyenne were - no coverage, but act like we have opportunity. This is such a shit show. I’m sure every rep is looking for another opportunity and will run once they have an offer.
