He sure did. And now he is the one leaving. I guess my shock or confusion comes fro statements like, “I am invested in the future of Biosimilars and FK.” Like hell you are. You’re leaving and taking your “invested self” elsewhere. Salesforce just need to get the hell outta here fast.
I am sure he did not leave on his own accord. Germany is not happy with what’s going on. They needed to make changes. I am sure they gave him an option to resign or be forced out.

L.R promoted for doing diddly squat. How can she be a top sales performer when we ain’t sold jack? lol. This company is so full of crap. Some of the worst RBD’s in Pharma too. And MS if full of crap. I will be making my exit soon.

The person from HQ who wanted to sound so smart and wrote here mocking the reps and saying “when we want to know where the best take out is we will pull you in”, how dare you? You have a job. The reps have a job. The reps’ job is to sell a medication that is needed, and is covered. And in the absence of coverage, which is normal in the industry, the reps can still sell the medications if there is a way for the patients to get the meds despite the lack of coverage (such as a bridge program / PAP, any other program that allows the patients to receive the treatment if the PA and the appeal are denied). Without coverage and without any patient support programs that guarantees access post PA / appeal denial, what do you expect the reps to do? How are the reps supposed to sell a medication that has zero coverage and no access program / patient support programs? Do you think you can do a better job than the reps this shit hole of a company hired? I dare you to go to any territory with no coverage and sell Idacio. Let’s see how effective of a closer you are when the PA and the appeal are denied. Or how about when one of your doctors try to place an order for Toci and ooops it’s not available at the wholesalers or the GPO?

Your job is to get coverage so that the reps are able to sell. And because your team failed in obtaining coverage for a biosimilar, and other biosimilars are covered instead, the reps are unable to complete the sales process. This shit hole of a company hired some of the absolute best reps with vast experience across different disease states. Don’t you dare blame the reps for your failures. Get off your ass and get in the field and show the reps how you close on a biosimilar that has no commercial coverage. Why would any HCP go through the process of prescribing a biosimilar to humira that is not covered when there are very similar options that are covered? I’ll tell you why. Because they actually like our reps. So these HCPs actually tried to Rax Idacio, and the PAs were denied, followed by appeal denials, then what? What is there to put Idacio is patients’ hands patients afterwards? NOTHING. Do you have a program that allows patients to receive Idacio from any of the LDNs for a copay even if the PA and appeal are denied? Nope. So the RX dies. Simple as that. And how about if an HCP wants to place an order for Toci and the wholesaler or the GPO says ooops sorry it’s not in stock yet. What on earth do you want the reps to do? How dare you mock the reps and pretending you’re smarter than them? Give the reps the tools to do the job and then hold them accountable at that moment. But what tools have you given the reps to do their jobs? Get off your ads and get in the field, go to territory that has no coverage and show the reps how it’s done if you dare. But people like you are cowards and incompetent; keyboard warriors. Do your job so the reps are able to do theirs. Or don’t do your job, but don’t mock the reps for voicing their frustration and pointing out the obvious utter incompetence exhibited by everyone at this company starting with Ali who mocked those who left (and I am one of them, thank God for leaving so early) and called them weak and “not mentally strong” - because as per him it takes a very special strong minded person to work in biosimilars - and going through the rest of the incompetent fools like Serban or Baker. They all have a primary care mindset and don’t know or understand much about biologics, specialty products, specialty pharmacies or working with specialists. Every rep this company hired has more experience with specialty products than most of the so called higher management fools. Instead of mocking any rep, do your fucking job and give the reps the tools they need to sell with, then hold them accountable. How do you hold them accountable without giving them any tools to get their job done? Do your job. Then let them do theirs. It’s never the other way around. It is unacceptable to mock some of the best reps around and then penalize them for the company’s incompetence

Wow. What a pussy.

Wow. What a pussy.
All true. True for Idacio. True for stimufend. It’s because the leaders suck. A lawyer running the biosimilar business unit? And how about the worthless VP of sales. Wouldn’t get out in the field in his own backyard. But make sure you button all your buttons on your dress shirt. What a joke. Serban sucks.

Not sure how many more useless calls and empty promises I can endure from this crap company. They should be paying every sales rep in Immunology a base salary of $200K just so we will stay. Idiots.
