I agree too. How hard would it be to give us all a one paragraph summary. I'd think you'd WANT to share with all how MB's case is going unless this is all BS like someone else stated.

OK -here is the case summed up -

Labcorps attorney's stall tactics - not working
Labcorps attornrys and Labcorps management and all their lies - not effective
MB wins case and millions in damages
TF, TN, KS and BN (now in SW) all fired

That summs it up.

What's the point of these boards, why are you even posting? I thought it was to share information. Name calling? That tells me you have nothing of substance to share.

Can the general public view CM/ECF cases and the documents in those cases?
Yes, the public can access case data in CM/ECF unless it has been sealed by the court. The public access component of CM/ECF will require a user to enter a PACER login and password. Because the PACER login and CM/ECF filing login will be different, a filing attorney will need both. Established PACER users will automatically have access to these sites; a new account does not need to be created. For those currently not registered with PACER, a PACER account may be obtained at: http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/register.html

There won't be any relevant news till after October 30th. That's the deadline set for discovery, after getting it extended twice, at LCA's request . LCA's 3rd extension was denied.

You can only play hide and seek for so long. Eventually, people have to get to business. MB has been waiting patiently, LCA seems to have the problems with producing the ESI documents and e-mails.

Personally, I would settle if I were LCA; but, with clowns with deep pockets at the helm, throwing money away may seem the highlight of their day.

I read the legals this whole thing is a bunch of BS.

For those of you interested here is the scoop:

MB claims she was sexually harrassed by two of the Managers. However it's just her word aganist theirs. She thinks by dragging this out and having her "friends" post propaganda like we have seen on this thread that she will wear down Labcorp and get a big settlement.
She's pointing fingers at everyone but at the end of the day she has nothing.
