BB case is interesting as it looks like their may have been some "perjury" going on in the
fl. division. I thought only attorneys were allowed to lie?

I'm too cheap to subscribe! Can't you just give us all a brief summary?

I have come to the conclusion that 90% of the posts in this thread are from one person. He has been asked to give us the story on what happened, but never does.

Very cryptic which leads me to believe there is no story here. All a bunch of BS.

Well, dufus, go ahead and PROVE him/her wrong.

Go to the site , pay the nominal fee and then cut and paste the rulings. You are the one that will be proven wrong.
The story is that MB has a powerful case that she will win and Labcorp will be out millions and the losers that wrongully terminated her will be fired.
Not to mention some attorneys who will be sanctioned at least. They may be disbarred.

Those are the facts.

looks like labcorp outside attorneys "Parker Poe" did not do their job according to the filings to ensure evidence wasn't tampered with, no different than some of the evidence in the "OJ" case. Now that evidence is coming out, it's really looking like their are two people who are gulity as hell and it's not the 2 they fired!

If you had a story you would have cut and pasted, just as I thought nothing here but a waste of everyones time.
You could have sumed up MB's "powerful" case in one paragraph, but you haven't. Tells me if there is any case here, it's just wishful thinking on your part.
Prove me wrong.
