They have NO rights to any of your personal property.
If they ask for your PERSONAL computer - you tell them to take a flying leap - and then get an attorney and sue the bastards.

Look, MB has those assholes by the short and curleys and Labcorp is just trying to dig up any dirt they can. Since all employees went in and told the truth about how corrupt FL management is and the fact that they screwed MB, Labcorp is just trying to dig up dirt on employees to force MB to back off.

Based on the PACER, looks like LCA's attorneys are dragging their asses. The back and forth between the two parties is laughable. LCA's peoples don't have a clue...hang them out to dry. Word on the street is more cases are coming out of the wood work.
 












how do you retrieve the actual law suit information? I heard that MB's attorneys are very experienced and that the lca attorneys are idiots. One of the witnesses told me that the poe peoples attorneys have asked them to outright lie under oath. wonder if these attorneys will lose their licenses?
 






The Labcorp attorneys are telling me that they want all the money in my bank account. They say they want the money AND my personal computer.
Can they do this?

They say that the money really came from Labcorp and they have a right to it. They need to have their legal fees paid and since the money came from Labcorp, even though it is mine, they say they have a right to it and want it back.

I cant believe they have the nerve to ask for my PERSONAL computer.
They can go f**k themselves and that's what I told them.

Funny thing - its never "the attorneys" asking for it. It always comes through several layers before the rquest gets to me.
 






is it hr and ks or the attrnys that are the idiots? perhaps a combination. i told the attorneys i had critical documents to support her case a year ago and they weren't interested.....so i threw them out. now, they have the nerve to scramble in and demand things on there time tables.......kinda a little late don't ya think! Like everything else we do at labcrud....wait to the last second and try and back track because we arent prepared.

they tried to get me to sign something that had NO DATE on it, something about asking me for documents. I felt like they were attempting to say they had been asking me for things throughout this process and possibly turn it on me that i hadn't done my duty as a lca employee. i asked my friend who is an attorney and he said they probably are in violation of not saving and asking for documents. i hope mb puts the screws to them. we are all routing for you, as we saw what TF did to you and it just isnt acceptable. Though we think that BN and TF both had it in for you.
 






some idiot attorney left a message on my vm wanting to talk about the orange teams skit incident. i wonder if they realize I DONT WORK FOR THEM ANYMORE........freakin IDIOTS.

even if i did, they wont like what i have to say about TF and BN and how pathetic it was that they made a WOMAN stand up and apologize yet it was somehow OK that the men could do it. WE ALL UNDERSTOOD what that meant and so will the jury! Not to mention the fact that BN was under the table laughing his AS_ off during her skit.

Don't give them anything. They are not the gestapo, although they might think they are, and will need a court order for anything. Have them file a Motion to Compel in court if they want it that bad.
 






That was the funniest skit I have ever seen in my life! Though I did think that the pelvic exam was very crude and uncalled for. Someone said that TN went all the way into her crotch ( Was he just practicing for what was to come next at the LCA office with the phleb, AB_Y?) How could it be that he gets caught porking her at the office and she bashes in his car for giving her herpes and then she gets riffed, not him?

These characters are class act SEXIST pigs! I hope BN gets fired for this!
 












YEAH, a bunch of us are being called by the attorneys asking about the skit. I heard they are even calling people they riffed. And they are saying "you know this must be kept confidential." Attorney idiots, wake UP, we call Mel and tell her everything because we all want her to WIN because we all know she was SCREWED. For any one person who you think you may find to say hers was worse, there are about 50 of us who would say TN'S was worse!

we should start a petition and send it around the state of florida to give to mb's attorneys. can you imagine the lca attorneys having to fire the entire state of florida for saying that TN gave a filthy dirty, not to mention perverse pelvic exam, knowing the attorneys are trying to manipulate the story to make there pathetic behavior somehow look better? I would love to be in that court room when the jury gets an instant replay. we should all show up in support of mb, wearing our orange shirts and bring in orange pom poms! GO TEAM ORANGE!!

hmmmmm, wonder who will play the role of TN? Maybe the phleb can come to the court that day and play the patient..............
