If you mismanage enough business divisions and run them into the ground does that make the remaining divisions look better? Up next diabetes. Who’s next after that? Leadership absent. Good leadership I mean. Getting promoted to the level of incompetence is what is done at Medtronic. So many examples and so little time.

If it means sacrificing someone else, then that is what will happen. If it means waiting it out, then so be it. Most likely he'll find someone or something else to pin the blame on, there will be a mad CYA scramble by those in the friendly fire zone, then back to business as usual.

Two of the three of the MD VPs who pushed hard for this deal, plus Coyle, are now gone. Geoffs gonna find it easy to hang this POS on them.

Geoff was the executive sponsor for MWN… (Medtronic Women’s Network), other leaders are also involved in these initiatives that help employees feel more valued. But it’s the Black guy involved in ADN that has your white man undies in a bundle? SMDH.

You’re missing the point big time. Those other leaders you supported - did they turn down important customer and business events and activities because of the group they were involved with? Did they miss conferences and buisness reviews? What did they put first, the group, or the buisness they were running? NN thought that things would eventually work out with HVAD so he could do the stuff he preferred - but leadership matters and you need to show up to get stuff done.

You're the only one that said skin color in whole thread. Stop being a racist and dividing us. Were you raised in the church where we are taught everyone is equal? You may want to try it out as it will help you mature.

The point is other leaders deliver business results and support various ergs. Those two things do not have to be mutually exclusive.

You should have been raised better. Why are you so divisive & racist? Making a comment about business performance & leadership is fair game, but you bringing race into it is childish.
