Some MSL team leads already gone. Bulk of MCLs going, many Field leads and MSLs it applying and will take package and go.

Sad. Toxic leadership (PH) is the primary catalyst and the huge body count in oncology the past few years should have been a warning signal but new leadership didn’t catch a clue.

Cant lead if folks are uninspired and unwilling to follow.

For outsiders thinking about a move here. Be forewarned, any comments not in-line with what leadership want to hear will result in retaliation despite our ‘speak-up’ culture.

OMG that is 100% true. I should have stayed longer and took a package but who knew.

I was in BioOnc and had seen enough and left along with many others. I’m fine with commercial collaboration but to have a commercial leader over the group that doesn’t even have the qualifications to do a MSL job was too much. And then there was PH. She’s been a MSL but terrible manager. No respect for WLB and judges everyone about everything.

Too bad. GNE used to be a special place. Just know, there are other great places to work that will treat you better, respect your scientific integrity and provide $ for your family.

I did find it find it interesting that the MED head job, not role, was internal posting and had a ‘preferred candidate’ Pure bs.

Also JF promoted to VP just as the whole FMT shakedown was beginning. Hmmmm.. has interesting.

Good the bonus payout is soon and I’ll start interviewing externally. Haven’t been here long enough to have much severance and don’t want to ride this out for 6 or more months. Other companies are offering sign-on and hiring incentives to offer-set $ AND they pay better and more time off.
 








Wow. Sounds like the folks that need to be purged and the 2 in charge wielding inappropriate use of power.

Leadership 101 includes really knowing who does the work and makes things happen. It’s the boots on the group folks, not the ‘heads/VP’

Right. lol. You got that right. I counted the number of times she said that once during a presentation to a big group. Almost too many to keep up with. A joke.

Most folks knows she’s self centered and doesn’t really listen. The home office folks realize it also as she’s tried to run her power-plays on many of them also. If she left, many might actually stay otherwise...not so much.
 








It’s crony capitalism at its finest. The fat cats at the top keep getting promoted despite their poor leadership. It’s just another case of Organizational Misbehavior 101. They don’t teach that in the Ivys.

She has left a body count in every management job here at GNE. It’s too many to count. Now she is wiping out vast majorly of the MCLs as well. Many were recent hires. Smh ‍♀️
