Family vacation?













That’s horrible. I once worked for a company that did the same thing. Hired new people and the day after they completed training announced a 50% layoff of the entire field force and leadership team. What field force are you part of?


VSS, I’m sure. Not original poster- but VSS was laid off the other day in CRM.
 








I am sorry for all of the VSS team that was laid off. The only good thing is there are so many vacant CV roles that perhaps some will get those positions if they want them. It’s hard for in person reps to see doctors and I personally know it’s unlikely to get many doctors on the phone unless it’s for samples so I can see why the VSS team would be displaced. Last year p-club dinner was like herding cattle. First, you were in a room with stadium type seating where they quickly read off winners. Then they told you to go into another room to eat with about 20 tables Then you were told to go into another room for karaoke with the president of the division. It was a hot mess.
