I took my family to the Dolphin at Disney World and it was a GREAT experience/stay. Why do you reps constantly complain about free cars, meals, alcohol and vacation resorts? For those of us in HQ, we would love to have your perks and be thankful to management! Just can't understand the rationale for sales reps when the vast majority of doctors deny rep access to their offices. The business model is back from the 60s. Keep on complaining arseholes!
Anyone in HQ is more than welcome to come in the field and be a rep since you think we have it so easy. Access is still good but the amount of time we have with providers continues to dwindle. Yet our leaders think we are able to do through the entire sales model with each customer all day everyday. We get evaluated on this outdated concept and if we don’t ask questions or close or whatever dumb bullshit they are looking for we will receive bad scores. Not to mention the docs don’t want to see managers anymore many have banned them from coming in especially after Covid which changed everything. So try doing our jobs in 2024 and you will see why we sometimes complain. The vast majority of us feel like we are treated like minor children
