Failure at the OSA, Biomet - Trust issues, Yes Leadership, Lack of Leadership?







OMG! Binder and Stuart or Stewart- need to get their a.. kicked to the curb for the twisted carnage they have heavily participated in. One of his favorite cliche's" Like to play games". Where is any commitment in that statement! People lives shouldn't be a bowling match. Yes, Dane is gone. Life moves on. However, take a good look at the missing pieces since the new boys came to town! Redding Ca, Ontario CA, Fairlawn OK, Parsippany NJ, Lorenz Fl, on and on. The steering looks pretty bad.
 






Yep posting on Cafe Pharma about Biomet needing a change has positive Attitude written ALL over it. I'm not defensive. Protective yes. I was simply offering to open the door for you. Maybe you should get over the good old days. I agree the Millers did and do great things but Dane isn't at Biomet anymore. Like it or not. If you want to open up a productive discussion I'm sure Serbo, Stuart or Binder are more than willing to talk.

Trust me these guys are not willing to talk and are not open to anyone telling them how to run Biomet or give them suggestions. With close minded leadership, lack of innovative products Biomet will fail. There needs to be a better system, but since there isn't, look for things at Biomet to tumble. These guys are NOT leaders. Like many other VPS's and Director's at Biomet they are followers. Followers of the competition which is a try to catch up attitude. Copy this, copy that, try to make it better. This comes from hiring those who do not have the ability to independently think, where decisions are not made quickly and with much of Biomet being of a medial or low meritocracy mindset to begin with.

I disagree I think they are great listeners. We did have a good qtr considering the market. That's not by accident...

Yes I do work for Biomet and I'm proud to be a part of such a great company. If I didn't like it I sure wouldn't be putting it down in a cowardly way like you choose to do. You must feel extremely threatened.

No lack of class. Just the truth. Biomet sucks as a company and so do the products and most of the people who work here. It all starts with upper management, then product managers and engineers then moves onto sales training. Overall this is the weakest company I have ever worked for. I will be leaving soon I hope. Just waiting to find a better gig before I slam the corporate office door on my way out. Let's be honest and call a spade a spade. Maybe you have never worked anywhere else and you enjoy the false friendships you have here.

Agree with you on this. The sooner these ass holes leave the better the company will be. The culture of entitlement that some people have is sickening. Can't wait for your exit interview!
