"That obviously is a rep sipping the JnJ kool aid. Wow, you clearly have no idea how bad our business has been comatisized by Baxter, Pfizer and most of all by us. Just because a Baxter rep hasn't shaved and looks like he was on a bender is most likely due to the fact that he was recovering from a night of partying with you Neuro residents and securing his business. Please just keep doing yourself a favor and wear that short skirt and tight shirt and you will continue to do just fine."

Oh no, we have either:

a) a bitter EBS rep who simply cannot sell and is trying to win in the commodity-game

OR

b) a Baxter rep trying to actually convince complete strangers that they are an EBS rep

Either way it's pretty damn funny that you would take the time for this. And if you need to get hammered/lose sleep to "secure" business then you need to revaluate what you are doing in this business.

Regardless, I'd say this particular poster is ar$e-out.

Well you are clearly a db.

A.) yes, I hate this job, and would leave in a heartbeat if anyone would take my resume serious after having this $hit show is listed on my resume.

B.) Regardless if I did work for Baxter, if you think "losing sleep" by partying with team leads and residents is a bad business decision, you are a clueless p.o.s.

Go Credo. I'm sure if you actually knew what was on our bs ralley cry it would probably burn your tongue while reciting it.

Wow, "db" is the only thing you can come up with? Really?

a) sucks you simply cannot cut it.

b) absolutely nothing wrong with hanging/partying with resi's/staff, but when the actual clinical staff is consistently making fun of you and your appearance, well, it is time for a change. (maybe you should read slowly next time)

F*** the credo; it doesn't make me $$$. Working hard (and the local Baxter reps embarrassing themselves) puts me where I am. It is sad when Bard reps, and their one true competitive product in our category (not factoring in Pro-Gel which is a strong product) are now the true threat with Arista.

Wow. Strong move. You really gave it to that post from October.

Interviewing for a Midwest position for Biosurgery division later this week. I would appreciate any honest thoughts on working for this division. Obviously there are pros and cons to every company. I currently have decent OR/device experience. What is a realistic first year income (I know that it heavily depends on the territory but I can extrapolate that information when I begin to interview). Supposed to be 150K at plan and I would like to know if that is realistic. Also the corporate recruiter said the base is only $50K and I was curious if that is set in stone or if they use a sliding scale based on experience. Its a little bizarre not going through an external recruiter as they do everything internally. It seems that there are some newer products (vascular sealant?) that seem to differentiate them from Baxter

By AF I am assuming you mean Andre Fisher. If so I couldn't agree more. I have seen bad leaders but he is a whole new level. His claim to fame is Florida. Funny thing is no one down there has ever heard of him. The reps ran the area and kept him out.
Now he's a director?!? He is an idiot who is way over his head. The talking in circles is so true. We call them Andreisms (AKA. Make shit up to try and make people think you know something.
He is the worst I have ever seen. Classic example of the Peter Principle..

KARMA, It coming for you Andre Fisher.
Putting aside your complete inability to lead or inspire people, you are a horrible human being. You have lived your life destroying others for your benefit. Now everyone here at Biosurgery have there fingers crossed that what comes around goes around and that you loose your job very soon. When that happens, it will be a good day for JNJ.

Amazing to see Andre Fisher land a job. He is clearly the most un-qualified sales director. No idea what they were thinking. I feel sorry for the people in Atlanta. Watch your backs.

Wow. That's all I have to say.

The 5-6 respected managers will have no issues, it's all the other blowhard drones that will be sh1t canned. It's going to be classic when they start trying to reconnect to their old reps for help landing a new job.

AF is a unique individual. Rumor has it that many children have learned lessons often reserved for college and roofies.
