As soon as CB figured figured out what Company stock sign was he jumped on here and started the Knute Rockne speeches. He went weeks admiring ESPN's stock and disputed what people were saying about Esperion stock. Is it any wonder this drug, this team, this company is already taking on water. This board is unbelievable. Employees are shocked and dismayed as to what's this became after they were hired. They were lead to believe they were special and the best of the best. As soon as people they worked with, outperformed, out volumed them and outranked them they new they were luck. It's tough to go about a job knowing your average to below average. But that's the Scientific Process at work.

What's a good answer for on why we couldn't generate script volume we were "the best of the best"

By far the busiest site on Cafepharma. I guess The Scientific Process didn't work like they thought. They would never conduct interviews like the last cattle calls. They've been stunned with the backlash and figured they could screw over 100's of reps and nobody would say anything. Nice job CB in fueling the anger. You think some of those people got screwed badly in Scientific Process? It's called payback. Esperion needs to think twice in ever conducting such a debacle interview process. So it could be easy to see how you could have 63,000 views. Don't think shareholders look at this forum either. Would you want to invest your money here???

This is what happens when you hire the wrong people. Scientific process hires. 90% have been screwing off since they got hired. Having weak RD's is the first red flag. Reps are following their leads. No getting around how poor this organization is. If this company is still around in the future they'll never conduct interviews like this again and hire true leaders in RD's. No more guys that were unemployed or poor personal appearance.

Something needs to be done about RD's. They let their teams get away with everything . No monitoring them . 75 % putting in minimal effort . The other 25% doing zippo. Riding out the vacation. RD's were bad hires. Worn out retreads. Barrel asses for sure.

1.tendon ruptures ( always fun for walking)
2. prostate BPH complications. (Men over urinating 15 times a night as there prostate reaches a grapefruit size)
3. Gout ( patients love seafood and nothing like having your big toe swell up like a ham hock)
