Esperion

ESPR has about 300 mil. coming in the coffers from hitting foreign regulatory milestones, so there is no immediate impending financial doom. Whether or not the products turn out to be a commercial success is TBD. I’m dubious, but the reality is the company does not have an immediate cash crisis.
I’m an employee too. I agree. There isn’t any problem. Esperion positioned well for no normal access and extraordinary limitations to seeing or feeding anyone for the next 8 months. Internal medicine, family practice, cardiology and hospitals will be the first to open back to unfettered access to sales representatives by Q1’ 2021.

How about the 150million due June 1 st and a second 150 million payment due to investment houses in Aug. Some of the people posting here aren't privy to the real numbers meetings. Look at the stock. Follow the money. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior as I've seen from Esperion employees. I get there's some bitter malcontents on here that feel they screwed in interviews. More than likely yes it did happen. The conduct of the Regionals during interviews I can see how that happened. Somebody in Ann Arbor needs to put a cease and desist order on managers posting here. It's doing more harm than good.

Once the launch begins and the overly aggressive number of scripts does not come in fast enough; upper management will put intense pressure on the Highly Talented RM’s. They will pass the pressure on TM’s through, conference calls, e-mails, extensive ride alongs, threaten PIP and out right bullying. ( the usual play book).
You will have to pressure your friends with the RM breathing down your throat on office calls. Your friends will then dread seeing you come to their office.
Worse, they will remember when you try to come in with a different CV company.


Make sure you document that your RM is staying 6 feet away. Have them drive their car. Stay away from them and document when they put your health at risk.

I can tell you all of us at Esperion have time on our hands . Everyone does. Outside of the silly conference rah rah calla there's not much to do. This explains my manager and others spouting away on this forum arguing with idiots. Really immature stuff. The pressure we all know will come soon enough. Scripts will need to come fast and steady in order for us to survive. My regional is nothing more than a cheerleader and will crumble when the.pressure comes . Been around long enough to know when a managers pants will drop around in ankles and will be sucking on his thumb when the anvil of pressure hits him on the head.

We have conference calls. Your information is all wrong. We get current updates. You don't. You're getting things off CP that are made up by you and then you expand on them. Nice try. Its only you. We're doing just fine.
Micromanage? Stock price? Interview process? Its all the same recycled stuff you have. Listen: we all know you've had a lot of time on your hands after not being picked up after you were laid off. You were a bottom end performer. Im glad youre not here. Facts are Facts . I could name 10 reps at Esperion who were in bottom third of rankings and some virtually at the bottom. So rankings , % to quota doesn't mean much in the Scientific Interviews. This spells failure. How can you hire poorly performing reps?? Is Houdini involved here or David Blaine where you can in a instant become a super seller. Esperion is very flawed and as much as you hate to admit it Ann Arbor has their hands full right now. Basic business 101 stuff here asswipe. It's okay to feel embarrassed that people who outperformed you didn't get the job. In some companies performance matters. And you've no idea what your talking about ..moved on to biologic. I'm laughing at you right now and your Charles Charles thinking. Have fun dealing with adverse events , pricing, locked out , and how your poor performance at the last job makes you any better of a rep.

You forgot the bottom reps at Sanofi or some contract gig
