This drug should be priced at $150 per month and not $300. There should be one DISTRICT MANAGER for 12 reps who report to a VP of sales... reps are overpriced, overpopulated and selling an overpriced product. Without covid, this was a product that would only do 10 scripts per month to start...

CB - if you are analytical you would understand the numbers. We are tight on cash.. that is why hiring needed to happen before launch. You can cheerlead all you want that is fine however, there are some real concerns and you are not invited to those meetings... only senior management.. then they craft a message to you. It will be challenging because we are one product co. If we go into a recession patients will not be willing to pay higher copay and docs will be sensitive to that reality. The other question if no vaccine what will access look like.. will it be normal I don’t think So hospitals have to protect patients.
Alan just got out of the weekend mtgs in AnnArbor. He looks downtrodden. He’s whiter than a pearl. It’s not be good as he has cancelled his flight and will stay inAnn Arbor this week. Ouch.

CB way too much time on your hands to reading the stuff on this site. It’s the first time a company has had a manager read the boards. Leaders are visionary.. you are managing. It’s ok if people vent it’s the Oz 101 principles.., you are the only manager all over the boards which is Interesting.. my manager said it’s not sure that they have someone managing the boards.. in times like this people need to be heard not talked too..

I interviewed for a job at Amgen and they didn't.. I repeat they didn't follow your so called Scientific interview process. I was one of the final candidates and two weeks later got on with another biological. The Esperion interviews were poorly run and people treated like they were trying to clear through immigration. My best friend works for Amgen in another division that I interviewed for and they don't practice or copied this Esperion model that somebody is claiming either. All make believe statements.
We are going to rock the market, early signs are promising. Can’t wait to really see what can be done out there, totally stoked.

ESPR has about 300 mil. coming in the coffers from hitting foreign regulatory milestones, so there is no immediate impending financial doom. Whether or not the products turn out to be a commercial success is TBD. I’m dubious, but the reality is the company does not have an immediate cash crisis.
