or maybe none of these people work in the region or compete against JNJ but have seen those stupid videos and are just calling a spade a spade and know a douchebag when we see em' keep drinking the kool-aid and have fun at those 5am meetings! i'm doing just fine w/o them!
 




Holy crap!!! I just watched a couple of his videos and am dumber as a result. He drones on and on and on, and says NOTHING!! It is cliche, double-speak, babble. I like the one where he says "we don't have anybody with prior industry experience" like its a claim. The reality is those with prior industry experience know all about this clown and want nothing to do with this egomaniac led cult
 




Should someone be given a territory without proving it first. Getting up for a 5 o'clock meeting shows desire to succeed. Dirk is successful because he gets the right people who share the same vision. He built a territory doing nothing into doing over 20 million. Has been the number one distributor in Mitek for five years running. You might not agree with his ideas but then again you wouldn't fit what he is loking for anyway.

Getting up at 5 am only shows a desire to keep your job. Not a desire to succeed. This guy is so full of himself he'd fire you for not showing up for a meeting where all he is going to do is pontificate and inflate his already over-inflated ego. I can assure you these folks that were there for his 5 am meeting were back in bed at 7, or home by noon anyway. All he did was shift the hours, not change them.

What is the vision? I'm too tired to see it

Hey Dirk. I have to call "BS" on your number one distributor in Mitek for five years running! And I should know, I sell for Mitek. To your credit, you were the top distributor for two out of six years, but what have you done lately? And by the way people don't dislike you because they’re "just jealous" or because you’re "so good" or "on top". No, people don't like you because, well, because you're you. Your the guy that thinks he can make others become more capable, when in fact most people in Mitek either laugh at you or are offended by you. Not because you are the top dog but because you act like your s@#* doesn't stink. How about a little humility? Are you capable of that? Maybe being ranked 27th out of 33 distributors will help you realize you may want to stop making videos and start selling. By the way, that dropping the Mic thing you did four years ago when you won your award, real classy! That's when I realized what type of person we were working with.......
 












Acually, I thought Todd Krasner and S&N did at one time. ARTC has the wand business. Maybe has some pump and anchor business. I don't ever think they ruled HSS, never did.

Multi-Level marketing with tentacles in 'motivational speaking' that borders on comical.

So far it looks like only a 2 man con operation run by Dirk Gorman and his sidekick is Anthony Zito. Who knows if that is even their real names, im sure they have both posted glowing reviews about themselves in this very thread.

These are the guys that give BAD BUSINESS a BAD NAME! LOL!
 




Not sure how having your agency rank at or near the top each year is "bad business". The stench of sour grapes is pretty rank in this thread..

I can't find the Empire website with the water filtration. They must have spun off and gone public .... I feel like I need to bathe myself after I watch him speak. King of skeeve he is... anyone who works with or for this guy is delusional and should seek to become unCAPable
 




I love this guy, every time I need a good laugh I always come back here and check in on Dirky. On his Linkdin he states he is the Agent "Principle". Who would get sales leadership services from someone who doesn't know the difference between "principal" and "principle". Poor guy..... They teach that sh!t in 4th or 5th grade I think. Wonder how long it will take him to change it. Somebody please time stamp it here when it happens, should provide for a nice laugh in a couple months maybe. Super Dirk! PEPPER version 1.0
