Empire Surgical job - scam or legit

"Anonymous", obviously you are one of the boys that had been fired or you weren’t even good enough to get a position with Empire to begin with. You clearly lack what it takes to make it in a competitive, fast paced, entrepreneurial organization such as Empire. You have the audacity to post what you have said but you hide behind "anonymous"? Clearly you are just a scorned, immature, wannabe device rep. Even if you had to sell water purification, what you could do it? You want to jump right into med device sales in NY without a team around you to train you and prepare you first? You would fail, you couldn’t even take the obvious rejection you received from Empire, are you going to fall apart like this when a DR says no? And for someone that is "not interested" in Empire, you sure know an awful lot and have invested a great deal of time getting to know them and post about them. You would not be a part of Empire because you whine like a child (not to mention cannot spell, its deuchebag not deuce as in 2). Funniest thread on all the boards, no doubt. Yes, Empire are a bunch of slimebags -- but so is everyone else in the orthopedic space. Lowest form of medical device selling that there is. No doubt.

Last week I brought Anthony Robbins in to a case with me. The surgeon was much more impressed with Tony's CDs than CAPable will ever be. Tony actually motivated the doctor to sell all his unused Mitek stuff on ebay. After the Bankhart repair we walked barefoot on hot coals and toasted our glasses of purified water. Haha
 












the guy is definitely over the top and an egotist...and the other agency owners are dish rags at best!! the industry is plagued with the worst leadership in the world...most of these guys run a leasing company, they lease out territory to some sorry smuck, a washed up sales guy and take 50% of the action...the industry is a scam!! i guess it makes sense, its not like ortho docs finished #1 in their med school class, dentists make more money then them now!! the sales portion of orthopedics will be gone in 3-5 years, its baby sitting!! babysitters max out at $15 an hour!!

O.P. here... Guys! Guys! Guys! Oh boy am I'm excited to provide everyone with another installment of Dirk comedy! Lemme tell ya...this one is the BEST. Ok..go to Youtube and look up Empire Sales Meeting. LMFAO! Lemme paint the picture for you...the meeting for this orthopedic distributor is at a batting cage at 5am! LOL LOL LOL...SERIOUSLY...that's it, I can't do it anymore! I'm happy that I started this thread, and that it happens to be the most active and viewed thread in the entire front page of the Mitek forum, but this video just makes it to easy. It's not fun anymore. I did realize who it is that Dirk reminds me of though, it's Michael Scott from the Office! You know how Michael Scott drones on and on with a coporate appearance, but fails to make anything close to a coherent relevant point....that's DIRK!!! Seriously, watch the video, and then let me know what you all think. Also...pay attention to the drones in the audience, with a deer in headlight look on all their faces. Ohhhhh man...this video made my day...I'm sincerely thankful. Enjoy!

omg...i feel dumber after watching this....just a bunch of gibberish. I do not know whats the point of this, this wouldn't help anyone sell better or feel more motivated. this guys just likes to hear himself talk, plain and simple...
 












Wow! I gotta admit..I read this and didnt believe the stories here about this guys video's and making his employees sell water systems before they can sell medical. I never laughed so hard..Having your reps meet you at a batting cage at 4 or 5 in the morning for a bu$$shit speech..What an absolute tool. I am a spine distributor in N.Y.C. and this joker would be laughed out of any of my offices.
 








All of this time expended bashing Empire Surgical - which is very successful by the way so whatever Dirk is doing is obviously working - tells me one of two things - either these posts were made by bitter people who have just had their ass kicked by Empire, or thumbsuckers with too much time on their hands. Maybe both.
